Glue failed in a short time and I had to glue it back together. I used water proof glue so its nice now. Just know you may have to glue and clamp it

The oar I received has a severe warp the length of the entire handle. The packaging was terrible but had nothing to do with the warped handle. Very lightweight wood oar and will be very easy to damage through regular use. I do not recommend. Returning item and they are making me pay shipping! Terrible.

I realized the oar blades are rather small and the oars are too short for my boat with width. I’d have to pay return shipping on a very bulky item, AND pay a restocking fee. I even called the dealer directly, he was completely clueless, he just talked In circles.I will just resell them myself.

Despite a description to the contrary in the Q&A section, this is now being shipped as just one oar (not a pair of oars). Disappointed and too difficult to return. Beware before buying.

Good length for my 14' boat. I recommend adding several coats of additional polyurethane to them before using.

The only thing that’s solid about these oars is the price. They are very flimsy and if you are rowing a heavier boat that requires some power these oars will likely snap like a toothpick. Not at all like a solid set of old time oars.
