What I liked about this product is that you can adjust how long or short it is . Other Orr locks you drill a hole through it making it non adjustable and weakening the orr.

I tried some other locks that lasted 2 weeks or less. I have 3 weeks daily use on this set so far and no signs of wear. Glad I found them.

If you have standard paddles like me you will have to jimmy rig the paddle to fit with foam or even drill a hole through the mount and paddle where you want it then it won’t slide. Still works and looks good! Only reason for not giving them a 5 star is there isn’t anything to secure the spacers in place so I have to remember to remove them with the paddles so they don’t get lost in the wind on trips. Recommend buying these as they are sturdy and good quality!

Good price and includes 5/8”x1/2” insert. Won’t tighten down on 1 1/4” oars. Works on 1 1/2” oars. The screws are cheap and won’t take super tightening or repeated removal and reinstalling or an impact screwdriver. I’m switching the screws out for stainless steel. BUT, OK for the price.
