I put off writing this review because I was keen to try it out with a new WiFi router 7.Pairing this repeater with my router was a breeze. It's got this double-sided tape thing that makes it super easy to put up, and it works like a charm. The signal's really strong and consistent. It just works, and now my kids are happy.Just so you know, the power supply is via a USB-C cable, so it's probably best to buy it with the antenna.I'd give it a 100/100.

I bought a set of five of these used to help lighten the load of an existing mesh setup. Once I installed three of them I started to notice a pickup in speed for devices that once lagged and my light switches and echo devices seem to be dropping connections less. Happy with the result. Used unfortunately was missing some items like network cable. The setup can be rough on these to add to an existing Mesh, but follow these steps and you will avoid returning these guys.Plug device in.Update the Tether app on your phone.Connect to newly plugged in device Wi-Fi signal..something similar to TP-Link xyz.On phone browser once connected to wifi, login to router via 192.168.1.1.Navigate to advanced and you are looking for the setting to Wireless Router Mesh mode. Do Not set your router to AP mode for any reason!Once your new router is in mesh mode, you can connect to your main WiFi, open the Tether app and add a new Mesh device. Choose your new router and the app will take you through adding the new router to an existing mesh! For around $60 I paid used, these have been great value for the money. $119 is too expensive since these go in sale often.I would recommend even if using as a stand alone setup. The functionality are great and the design is minimal.

Amazing small size and works great. Wish they also made a PoE version.

EasyMesh is supposed to work with all EashMesh compliant devices, regardless of manufacturer. I have a WavLink router with two existing EasyMesh nodes. At least so far, I'm not able to get this device to join my network.

So far no issues and anticipate from Tp- Link2-9-25 updateDown rating to 1 star. Not reliable, fire and forget type of equipment. The router keeps dropping off. No automatic updates help with the issue. Contacted TP-Link asking to replace the unit, their suggestion was to check the CAT cable and to change DNS before they would consider replacing it. Why do I have to do anything after I paid them for the router? This router is at my parents home. I donโt have any troubles whatsoever with the Netgear in my home. I guess Iโm done with TP-Link.

The TP-Link AX3000 Extender has great build quality and a sleek design. However, in my setup, it didnโt deliver the expected performance. My direct Wi-Fi connection reaches 700 Mbps, but through the extenderโeven with a strong signalโI barely get 300 Mbps. I really like the look, but unfortunately, it just doesnโt work well in my environment.

Bryant Chacon has helped resolving one of my E5 pairing issue when setting up the mesh network. He is very patient and knowledgable with the product.

I wanted to upgrade my extenders, so bought two of these. I removed the included sticky strips and replaced them with Command removable strips so I wouldn't mess up my walls. As it was, one of the extenders did not have the second part of the sticky strips in the box, so would have been unusable anyway (didn't look like a returned item, but who knows with Amazon these days). The set up with my TP-Link router went fine, but I did have a couple of annoying issues. I was hoping to "mesh" the extenders and the router. I have my outdoor cameras set up to use my guest network. Turns out I can't mesh the extenders and router and use the guest network for the cameras. Everything has to be on the main network, so can't/won't use the mesh option. I want my cameras on the guest network. Then, once everything was set up, my printer stopped printing (it works wirelessly). It worked fine that morning, but did not work after replacing the extenders. It would say it was connected to the wifi, but wouldn't work. After a day of fighting with it, I finally got it working again. I uninstalled/reinstalled - no go. I reset the printer to factory settings - no go. For some reason it could not "find" the computer. The printer's trouble shooting guide in the booklet that came with it said one option was to turn on Bluetooth on the computer. Did that and it finally connected and has worked ever since (even with turning off the computer Bluetooth again). Not sure what all that was all about, but things are working. After all is said and done, these new extenders are working. The signal is strong. Wish TP-Link would come up with an update that would let me mesh them and still access the guest network.

I bought this to extend my Air R5. It was very easy to install. I had it up and running in about 10 minutes. The software to create the mesh connection was super easy to do. My network coverage is seamless and much better range. The band width does not seem to be impacted. Speed actually increased for my Fire TV. I highly recommend!

All i can say is if you have a tp link router it idiot proof to connect and then just peel and stick to were you want it by a power source. Getting another one to extend into my garage.
