This is always good to have if you have animals at home that tend to get into thinks that could possibly kill them.

Our dog got into rat poison and after inducing vomiting, the vet sent us home with what they had, but we struggled finding enough for 115 llb dog for 3 days... 600ml every 7 hours... eeeeek! We discovered that if you order 9 you can get the next day, but 10 or more takes 2 days... so, if in a hurry, which, if you need toxiban, you probably are, then you will need to order in sets of 9 or less.Shake well.

About 20 years ago, I had an Aussie puppy that chewed the top off a quart of oil, and ingested who knows how much of it before I found her. She was convulsing and couldn't stand on her own. Luckily, my vet happened to be open, so I rushed her there and the first thing he did was draw a big old syringe of this stuff and squirted it down her throat. Long with his further treatment, she made it and went on to be one of the best dogs I've ever had.Since we live out quite a ways, he suggested that we should keep a bottle of this on hand, and we have since then. We've only had one emergency since then, when one of our girls got into the compost bin and consumed a large quantity of coffee grounds and the mushroom mycellium that was growing through it. As soon as I noticed that she was ill, I got about half a bottle down her, headed to the vet, and she survived. The vet commented that anyone who owns a dog should have this on hand, and I wholeheartedly concur.

This is 240ml the seller does not disclose directions or description for using item, deceptive advertisingThe item disclosure on bottle states it should be used repeatedly over a 24 to 48 hour period at a dose of 5 - 10 ml per lb and yet it is only 240ml so if you have a larger than 4 lb animal ha ha ha and that's pushing it, every 6 to 8 hours...Do the math in a 24 hour period, one bottle at $23 isn't going to work:((( I bought this for a Blue Heeler who ate some rat poison and when I saw the bottle and it said 5to 10 ml every 6 to 8 hours in a 24 to 48 hour period, I'm thinking OMG ARE YOU KIDDING ME, MIND BLOWING UP!! That's 300 ml and this bottle is only 240ml;Luckily I had some activated charcoal on hand I use for my aquarium and I used that and my dog seems to have survived the ordeal, obviously has a cast iron stomach thank God, I did purchase another product on Amazon for future incidents may they arise which seems to meet my needs, for a decent price as well, it is in powder form I mix in the food, in a black container...sounds like zanadu, my dog ate it up with his food and he is a picky eater, when it comes to dog food ironically;)

Bought this product to have in case of an emergency with one of my dogs. I used it for the first time this evening as my yorkie had gotten into something in my bathroom garage, which caused her to have tremors and agitation. I used 20 mL mixed with cold water, and it literally worked right away. I will follow up with a vet visit tomorrow, but so happy I had this on hand.

Everyone who owns a dog needs to have this on hand. My dogs got into some medicine and were so sick I rushed them to the vet and they used basically this but advised me to get some as a follow up and I am so glad I did I didn’t have a syringe to use it with and my dogs are not and would have fought me so I mixed it with some Greek yogurt and it looked gross but the picky eaters licked every bit up and finally have solid (black yes) poop and I couldn’t be happier. I am glad I can use this in the future because my little stinkers get into everything!! Every pet owner needs this in their first aid kit!

Our basset hound has a nasty habit of eating poop. (Coprophagia) We tried every supplement and home remedy out there - you know what, she just likes to eat poop.In her older years (>11), she developed a susceptibility to bloating, which we've finally narrowed down to her eating poop. Obviously, our lifes have changed in our attempts to prevent her from eating poop. But she does manage to sneak it sometimes. What I think is that the bacteria lays in wait in her belly all day, then when it comes to feeding time, it feasts on the dog food as it enters her stomach. Within a few hours, she bloats - severe. We almost lost her the first time, but thanks to an amazing vet, have been able to get her in at all times in the night and he's ported her or tubed her to get the air out. Her stomach's never twisted, just bloated. Exploratory surgery did not show anything either. What we (the vet) came across is that toxiban suspension as a remedy coats and stops the gas buildup from reforming after she's been deflated. At home, we found that it works to subside the gas from building as well. (knock on wood it continues to work as an antidote). We give Bessie Lou ~30ml when needed (65 lbs). She likes the taste, but then again she also loves the taste of poop, so your dog may be different. The orange label differs from the blue in that sorbitol in the orange helps to loosen the stool. Either way, stool will be black because of the charcoal.I've gone through a few bottles of the stuff (she's tenaciously sneaky) in the last 8 months. If you are a dog owner, this should be a part of your emergency kit. (not for just poop eating, it is a remedy for poisoning)
