The TS Sideline Elite is definitely worth the extra investment! It’s as realistic as an electric fireplace can be. The Elite series slim trim looks amazing! Heat is as expected for 1500 watts

This Elite line looks great with the wider window, and the more modern looking vents. Definitely worth the upgrade from the regular Sideline option.We looked for electric fireplaces in the local stores, and everything seemed outdated or overcomplicated to install... we found Touchstone online which has great features and reviews.Our contractor installed it, but the instructions were straightforward for them to do the rough in, hardwire it, and then make it part of the statement piece in our room. DIY installation is possible, but you definitely need to have above the average skills.Color options for the fire and media are great, with different brightness levels. Once you connect it via wifi you can see so many more options that with the standard RC. It can also be controlled by Alexa, which is a really good feature. Heat output hardwired is good enough.Delivery warning: it arrived 12 days earlier than Amazon's estimate, and the tracking option was delayed. Keep an eye on it as the courier was trying to offload the panel in front of our main garage door without us knowing. It arrives on a pallet, which will require 2 to move because of the size.Overall, we are very happy how this looks and performs. Definitely an option we recommend.

I recently tore out an old gas fireplace and rebuilt the wall in our living room as a "media wall". Installed this Touchstone Elite into a 50" opening. We all love the way it looks in our new room. Multiple colors, very vibrant. The heater is actually pretty good as well. Installation was easy. Its slim profile allows you to mount it in a variety of places. Nothing was damaged on delivery. Would definitely buy it again and recommend them to others.

I purchased this for my wife for Christmas after struggling to find a pre-made electric fireplace that would meet our needs. I chose Touchstone because it is known to be a top brand in the market, and I liked the option to design our own fireplace to fit our room.After a weekend of work, a group of friends helped us build it according to the specifications. It looks great and feels even better! It provides good heat and operates very quietly. Just be sure to double-check your circuit breaker to avoid overloading it.For perspective, the TV above it is 75 inches, and the fireplace is 50 inches. I would definitely purchase this again.

This fireplace looks good after installation. Instructions are pretty clear. This gets warm but not blazing hot which is a good and bad thing depending on your needs. The flame pattern is not super realistic but lets be honest, if you wanted real, you wouldnt be looking at electric
