I installed four of these in our church at the beginning of Covid lockdown and I just now had to replace batteries on the first one. No problems to report.

My mother has alzheimer’s disease. The reason I bought these is because she has started to forget to turn the water off when she uses it. This is the perfect solution to that problem. With her having to waive her hand in front of the faucet for it to come on, and when she leaves, the water automatically goes off is outstanding. I would recommend this for anybody that has a loved one that is having memory issues. The only problem that I had with the faucet is that the hot and cold hoses are too short. They need to be maybe 6 inches to a foot longer but other than that, no complaints. I also love the temperature control to where it’s not just all cold water. You can adjust it to where the water will warm up after a period of time. The price point is spot on.

I do not know if this product works for the end users more than a year. In my case, by the time I write this review, the touchless faucet is no longer working as spec. or as usual. After replacing the batteries 4 times, the flow seems to be week consistently. Spec. does not include any troubleshooting information. Not recommend to buy this product unless the issue can be corrected.

This was a replacement for the Charming Water faucet that was previously installed. That was a good working unit that we got our money's worth. That faucet shot up in price. The Gangang faucet looked to be a good replacement based on reviews and for a better price. It responds just as well.

The faucet arrived today and I installed it today. Very impressive quality as I was replacing an older different brand sensor faucet that I had for about 7 yearsIt was easy to install and had almost everything needed. I used teflon tape on my connections, so that was the only thing I didn't find provided. Also if you have pump pliers and stubby wrench helped in the installation. Definitely you need a flashlight too. Since I had to install it while on my back to screw tight the fixture from under my vanity, I used bubble wrap layers to lay on. Also have some blue painters tape too, it comes in handy to temporary hold down the fixture when tightening and then when done it doesn't tarnish the fixture finish when you remove it.Another suggestion for installing, in my opinion and experience, have all your cold and hot hoses and mixer valve installed on the solenoid unit first. Also have the batteries installed too. Then when you install the faucet fixture to your vanity and have that hose connection done on it. Then connect the other end to the solenoid unit. Then you finally screw the solenoid unit to the back of the vanity cabinet last. This is so you can check for leaks when you turn back on the water to see and do any necessary final tightening on the hose ends if needed.I did however because of where my supply hot and cold water supply was, I needed to use longer water hoses than what was provided. The ones provided in the box are about 15 inches long, so it didn't give me enough play for me to mount the solenoid valve unit to the back of the vanity once I had all the hoses connected just to see how it all fits and if you can locate the solenoid unit with minimum kinking of the hoses.I also liked that it had a hot/cold mixer valve too, which is great. I like that and didn't have to make an additional purchase. Now, from my experience, the only two things that would fail on sensor fixtures like these are 1) the solenoid valves, especially the O rings that are in there, usually they shrink or harden, and then start leaking from there. And 2) the mixer valve, where the gasket will fail in that too.But overall very good quality parts, looks and works great.

The faucets were easy and quick to install. If it wasn't for the rust they would have gotten 4-5 stars.

don't try this brand any more! It's really horrible nightmares to buy their products and worst experience to use it no matter where and how you wanna install them. They've never worked smoothly and it's so hard to install them no matter how wise you are. I bought 2 sets of their so alleged brand faucets. since then, the nightmare comes to you and no matter how to install them, it's leaky always and it stops running water suddenly.
