Have been using it for about 2 weeks now. Have made a 12" pizza, salmon filet, chicken strips, toast in it (2 pieces of toast at medium dark took 4 mins). So far it has performed as expected.Several folks complained about the "bake" function only "going up to" 350F that is not true. Read the manual. That is the default temp when you select that function, hit the temp on the touch pad and turn the dial to change that default temp to something higher or lower. This toaster oven does not have a preset "air fry" function but you can mimic it using the bake function and turn on the convection fan. That's what I did with the chicken strip using bake at 425F and turned on the convection fan, but I still need to experiment with this hack some more.Overall for the price and feature set I am very please and it is very good value. It also has a nice clean design, and easy to clean the insides. I did a lot of research into other brands that are more expensive (almost double the price) and decided I'll take a chance at the Toshiba since my microwave is a Toshiba as well. All I will say is make sure you read the manual to learn how to use the control panel and the knob to change settings.

It works as expected. Maybe a little better. I cleaned it and the trays and rack with a sponge and water. Put the parts inside and brought the temp to 450. There was a slight smell for 10-15 minutes. I used a digital meter to check the temps. I set it to 450, 400, 350, 300 and 250. At 450 it was down ~10°. The other temps were down 5° to 10°. This is my 4th toaster oven of this general type and size in 25 years and it does a little better at temps than the others. This is the 3rd Toshiba. In this house they get used half a dozen times a day for everything from toast to meatloaf. The controls leave a bit to be desired but nothing we can't get used to. The manual leaves a lot to be desired. On the front it says "Air Fry Toaster Oven". I think the Air Fry is quite the reach. It tells you how to turn "ECO" mode on and off. But it does not tell you what ECO mode is. Most of the functions seem to be the same with a different preset time & temp. There is no indication otherwise. And then there is the light. The light is nice but why does it come on and stay on the entire bake time. I'm not starring at it for 1.5 hours while my meatloaf is cooking. It is easy enough to turn off. But why the auto on? In my mind these are all relatively minor issues. The one thing that I think Toshiba really screwed up is the "Broil". Maybe I'm just old. I think of broil as top heat only. If both heaters come on it is no different than bake, roast, pizza and toast function. Except the preset time and temp.....
