This oven cooks your food as good or better than your outdoor grill. Never needs propane, great grill marks. Food tastes great!! Cleaning is ok, usually clean well and the n dishwasher too, but if you spray with no stick first and are cooking alot of food, its well woth any effort. Nice to have it u der a range hood.

Upon arrival the base of the product was damaged which is why we deducted a star. However the product itself is amazing. Meat comes out super juicy as well as vegetables. Definitely worth the purchase if care can be promised through delivery.

I bought this initially to replace a competitor with large glass bowl. I thought it would be lighter and it definitely is. I am happily surprised to find it also is far more efficient than the other model. It does not dry out food and cooks quickly,even from frozen. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a counter top oven.

I received the oven in two days as expected with Prime. The oven was zas advertised, with the amber dome and accessories as expected. After a quick and easy assembly I used the oven to heat some grilled chicken left over from last night. Only took a few minutes to heat and tasted better than using the microwave.I used it a few days later to cook some partially frozen, season chicken that I usually cook in my rotisserie grill. This normally takes about an hour. With this oven, 15 minutes per side and it was fully cook. Moist. Delicious.Clean up was easy. There were some negative comments about cleaning the grills but it isn't as bad as you might have been lead to believe. Those of us that have cooked on bbq grill and rotisserie grills know that there is some cleanup needed but if done right it isn't difficult. I soak the grills in hot water for about 30 minutes, then used a stiff nylon brush with soap and water. Clean up in about 3 minutes. Easy.This is a nice unit and I don't think you will go wrong if you buy one.I will update this review if anything, good or bad occurs with continued use.Additional comments: Aug 14, 2016 I continue to be pleased with the performance of this unit. I am able to cook more, in half the time it took in my rotisserie grill and it tastes just as good. Plus reheating leftovers tastes better than from a microwave and it only takes a few more minutes to reheat. Clean up is easy. The only negative is I have too much food to eat. :-)

I am unexpectedly pleased with my Nuwave oven. Unexpectedly because: 1. Rarely if ever do infomercial products come through on their promises like this one does 2. It really is the perfect oven substitute for fulltimer RVers like myself who choose not to use their propane ovens, and 3. Even though the first power head was dead on arrival and my unit came from a third party seller through Amazon, the exchange and communication were fast, courteous, and caring, much to my surprise. My satisfaction was their goal. All three of these situations had been some of my cyber shopping fears, but no problems with this product or Big Kitchen.I'm still experimenting with the capabilities of this unit. I've found that watching the videos online and the DVD that comes with it, READING the hints in the manual and online, and FOLLOWING directions are crucial for great outcomes. For example: if you cover a dish with foil, it won't cook as well. It blocks the only heat source - from above, none from below - and blocks the convection heat also. Anything that needs to be cooked on the bottom, such as biscuits, cookies, etc might need to be turned over to brown depending on the thickness. Pizzas MUST be cooked upside down first to crisp the crust and then turned right side up. If your making a dessert pie or pan pizza, cook the crust first on its own most of the way (blind baking) then add the filling and top crust if used and bake. Watch the times!If I use silicone or metal pans as recommended, the cooking times are close to the Nuwave recommendations. If I use glass or ceramic, I need to add more time. It's harder for the convection heat to penetrate those materials so that makes sense. Remember, there's no bottom cooking element like in a conventional or toaster oven. To their credit, Nuwave warns you about this.In an RV, this unit does take up precious space, but for me it is worth it. I sit it on top of my glass covered cooktop when not in use and move it to the kitchen island when cooking. Moving things around and inventive thinking is just a way of life in RV living, and for me it's absolutely worth not being tied down to one location with a brick and mortar home. Plus, I just don't care for the cost, smell, or potential hazards of propane. Just my 2 cents. This oven is a great solution in addition to my Instant Pot and my VonShef hot plate, both purchased from Amazon.Today I'm trying my first roast. I expect good results. If not, I will definitely amend my review. Same goes for longevity. My replacement power head unit is still fairly new. We'll see over time.

After 5 years our first NuWave finally gave out! I was very hesitant to buy this product 5 years ago but, the wife wanted to try it so, like a good husband I did what she asked! My work moves us from place to place and so we live in a 5th wheel and even though its 40ft. room can be an issue. This little oven has worked perfect for us in our tight space and we used the first one at least 1-2 times a day almost every day for 5 years so, I can say for the price we paid for it, we got our monies worth and then some. The day our NuWave died was like loosing a member of the family! I think I had grown more fond of it than my wife and how quick and easy it was to cook our meals. I did not hesitate to order the second one! My wife is a wonderful cook and has made some of the most amazing dinners on the NuWave and usually within 30-40 minutes. My favorite is making bacon and toast in the morning. I can have bacon and toast made within 20 minutes with the bacon cooked to perfection and the toast the way I like it and no big mess to deal with afterwards. If your on the fence about this product all I can say is give it a try, I don't think you will be disappointed at all. As a matter of fact, I told a friend about it and he ordered his about a week ago and he loves it!
