MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS
Excavator

Quit working, haven't used it a month and Amazon customer Service was not helpful, would not take the return back.

When the pump sits it seeps out oil. Tried tightening the bolts around the seal but still leaks

Used it once it barely worked. Went to use it The second time and it will not work. Just sits there makes a humming Sound. tried everything to get it going. Huge waste of my time.

I didn't want to spend a lot of money for a high quality transfer pump, but I was worried about the ability of the lesser priced pumps. I read through the specs on this pump and figured that if it did only half as well as the description said it would, then it would easily do what I needed done. This pump worked perfectly, it is quiet, runs cool, has plenty of suction, and overall has good build quality.

Bonjour. Excellant service du fournisseur. Rapide et produit conforme. Par contre je ne trouvais pas de case pour parler du service de livraison. La compagnie a laissé le colis un week end devant une porte de compagnie par terre avec la pluie et surtout au vu de tous. Je trouves que cette façon de faire n'a pas lieu. La boite a toute été défaite par la pluie et le produit N'EST PAS BEAU. Il faut être incompétent pour livrer un samedi ou dimanche a une compagnie. UN GROS POINT NÉGATIF POUR AMAZON.

I work in a small auto shop. We have a 500 gallon container for used oil. This pump sucks it out of my drain pan into the water oil container. No more trying to lift 18qts shoulder high to drain it. Did have one time (in the 2 months I’ve been using it) that I turned it on and the motor didn’t turn. I moved the fan with a screw driver and hit the button again. Worked fine and haven’t had another issue.

Part of one of the mounting sections was broken off, and the back cover was so dented in that it completely stopped the plastic piece from spinning. As I am in central Alaska, getting this returned and another pump out to me takes weeks, I removed the back cover (not recommended as it protects the plastic piece) and got it up and running. The positive side (and why I moved this to 3 stars), is that it pumped steadily and the transfer of heating fuel was moved approximately 100 feet between my two tanks. Due to the distance, it only pumped at about 1.7 GPM - so my 1000 gallons transferred took quite some time, but it did run with no issues during the approximately 10 hours to complete.

First, the pump came with a complaint from the postal worker for flopping around in the box and leaking diesel. I live rural alaska so I had to pick it up. Once I got it home the wife complained about the diesel soaked box and banished it to the porch for Christmas. After getting around to setting it up with hoses, I noticed the markings from being mounted to something... Not worried yet.... Next I noticed the provided hose fittings have been over torqued and stripped out....Now I'm worried...As it is, it is useless. Now I have to go back to town to purchase new fittings. So much for saving money. I will be back to drop it another star if it decides not to operate when I get around to using it. Either way, probably not buying from this outfit again.And.....finally got it going. It pumped great for the first 5 gallons then it burnt out. I want my money back! Plus some for having to deal with 250 more gallons in the bed of my truck until I find a new pump.Forget stars. This company gets a one turd review.

Easily and quickly let me pump off 200 gallons of water from a flooded in-ground oil tank and then transfer the remaining 250 gallons of fuel oil to drums.
