I opted for stainless as I have had issues with other pins in saltwater/ beach environments. I also like that this has a stubby end that is easy to grab and doesn't impede inserting/ removing the pin. Time will tell but so far this has held up to use on the beach with barely any indication that it has been used. It would be great if there were a locking pin just like this.

Our side-by-side was missing the hitch pin. This one fit great and with stainless steel will probably hold up better than the hitch itself.

I have no complaints with this trailer hitch pin. I had a locking pin from a previous mount, but it was too bulky to fit into the tight space on my new hitch setup. This pin, however, fits like a glove, making installation and removal a breeze. The stainless steel construction feels solid and durable, giving me confidence that it’ll hold up to regular use and resist rust over time.

This pin is very well made; machined flawlessly out of one solid piece. This pin is WAY nicer than the curved-end ones visually, as well as being much easier to store. It's held up well so far, it doesn't look to tarnish easily.
