似たものがたくさん出ていますがこちらはオリジナルだそうで、やや高価ですがトラブルの心配が少ないです。手首、指、肩から肘のトレーニングに確かに有効です。使い慣れると負荷の加減ができるので、強くも弱めを長くも自由自在です。難点は、ウォンウォンとプルバックの駆動音が出ることです。それでも、類似商品の中ではマシなほうのようです。ゴルフや野球など、スポーツされてる方にはおすすめです。

Power workout from the fingers to the forarme. Its all in how you hold the ball. With just the fingertip grip you build them only. Changing your grip moves the workout. And the faster you make it spin, the more counter torque for a more challenging workout! Its a powerball powerhouse. The games are fun too while you build.

As far as the delivery it's excellent the product I have to start using it I have noticed it does put a lot of pressure on your forearms perhaps it'll do some good

I tried a different, less expensive gyro ball and was very disappointed. This one is excellent! It is easy to use and really makes me work. I am rehabbing a broken wrist.

The most fun. I love this thing so much. You’re not supposed to use it all the time but it’s hard to put down. Fairly easy to take apart and clean but it’s never gonna be the same as it was when it was brand new. The website gives instructions on how to clean it and emphasized the importance of keeping it clean. Lasted for 3 to 6 months with me. I’m gonna try to clean it again to try and get it going.

First time ever using this, I didn’t understand that I need to rotate the wrists to the speed of the ball to keep it going. After getting used to it, it has become quite the forearm workout.

I was sooooo looking forward to this. Thought about the benefits of it while traveling. First day was great. After that felt like I was breaking it. The more I use it. The worse it sound. The less affect it has. I should have gotten the metal one probably.
