I got this to throw down and recover on its way up. While I can’t feel it in the ball, something is off somewhere and when it bounces it goes every different direction (slightly) except straight back up. Which I suppose it’s OK because I’m using different muscles to reach out and grab it in different places as it comes up. But it seems to be put together pretty well and I’ve had no problems with it so far.

It's a good medicine ball for training. It's good for use at home or to take it to a gym or even your backyard if you have one.

It works just as advertised and the free work out video will kick you tail if your not used to doing ecercises. I actually bought a lighter ball so I could do more of the exercises. But it does what it says and I can feel it is working.

There are lots of medicine balls out there. This type can bounce without aid of a trampoline so you can throw against a wall without harming yourself or the ball. Other types either don't bounce or have breakable internal parts. Also, the nubby covering is easy to grip and is in my opinion nicer than the other bouncable versions.
