Product is thin walled steel, stays it holds 800+ pound.... I had 300 on it and it was unstable, dangerous, the bolts were tight and they started bending the metal .... seller said they refund me if I took it apart and shipped it back..... not happy will not buy again

Decent rack, but if you are loading it and unloading it with asymmetrical weights the stability of the rack causes the top ones to shift a bit. Bar racks are no issue, but you will not get anything but a straight/curl bar between the plates. Good for bumper weights, but I’d be reluctant to stack a lot of weight on this tree. Makes a good corner augmentation to a home gym which is what I’m doing with it.

For the price this is a great, solid piece of barbell storage. It's very sturdy and it easily supports the 350 lbs of weight I have. However, the distance between the pegs is such where you can't have large plates (15lbs and above) on consecutive pegs as they don't fit. Honestly another 1/2" would have left room so now I have 55lb and 45lb bumper plates on the bottom peg but I have to put my 35lb and 25lb and 15lb plates on the top with 10 lbs and lower in the middle. Everything is steady and solid but I would think it makes more sense to have heavier items towards the bottom. With this flaw in measurements there's no way the rack could hold 800lbs, not because it's not sturdy, but because the pegs are too close
