Arrived on time and we immediately put it up within 30 minutes! 1 person can easily put it together. Was thrilled how long the rope was… it spread across my yard from fence to tree. So happy with this product. I wish I would’ve ordered it sooner. You won’t be disappointed. The only thing lacking was having clothespins handy, but was still able to hang sclptnes by folding them between the ropes. Love the pulley system.

As advertised. The hardest part was to thread the rope through the tensioner, even when I melted the ends it was very difficult.

There are extra parts. So set up was easy. Look at the picture and make it look the same. BUT. I needed a screwdriver to shove the line into the connector piece. Then after setting it all up, the center pin in one of the wheels broke. My step dad found something to act as a pin.To return it, you have the completely unraveled rope and the screws that are already screwed into posts to deal with.With that said- it is finally up and i assume it works. For that length of rope, the two pieces to keep the rope from sagging are not sufficient. I did buy more separately.

Came today UPS. The driver had me check package because Amazon put it in those plastic bags. Was tough on the thin box it was packaged in, but all was well! I have it up and the pulley is heavy duty like I thought it would be. I like that everything was there to just put it up. Tomorrow is laundry day! Seems it was worth the wait since I preorderd when it first came out to be available.Edit: I have added pictures to show the Hooks that came with it. I also showed how I attached the other end since I had to use a very heavy pipe. And I will say don't drop the rope first thing! Haha. Yeah it tangled but no big deal. It did take 2 people to get the rope through the tightner and that part works excellent. I did buy 2 more of the black rope holders, but that was my preference. I think some people over tighten the line and put too much pressure on the hooks.
