I am obsessed with these. I put them out flat, under and behind things in every room, against the wallboards. The south is notorious for brown recluse spiders. Unfortunately sprays don't kill them very well. You catch everything that runs over them. Very Sticky

The brown recluse spider is a lot like any other scavenger and takes advantage of whatever they come across. That means that if you use a bug bomb and it kills all the harmless spiders, you just created more food for the brown recluse which is not impacted by bug bombs. I have read that this is because the recluse does not drag its carapace but that the others do, which exposes them to the poison.I have had to cut these out of my pet's hair which results in a very unattractive haircut, but they do an amazing job if you fold them up and put them in a quiet place like behind a dresser, bed, or in a corner.In addition to these, you can put a cheap plastic shoe box with a low amount of water that fills the bottom in it behind your toilet and they will get in and drown. At the last house I lived in, a subdivision, recluse were so bad that you had to check the shower before you got in to make sure you didn't have live company. I have purchased these for years.

These glue boards are super sticky and they do a very good job of catching little creepy crawlers. They don't give off any discernible odor at all. I find it best to put them in locations where I'm not going to bump into them. The folded style works very well. I have left them out unfolded but often end up getting them caught up with something. These glue boards have worked the best for me.

My office is having a mouse problem. They're getting in our desks and getting any snacks or food items we have. They put out bait traps, which have had no effect on them. I bought a bait trap myself and put it inside my desk drawer. The mouse didn't even touch it. Instead of getting pest control, my work just told us to not have any food stuff at work, which is unrealistic. I finally got desperate and bought some of these glue traps. I knew where the mouse was getting in my desk drawer so I put it where I knew he would walk. And it worked...Mr. Mouse got in my drawer avoiding the board on his way in, feasted on my instant soup mix and tortilla chips and did a belly flop onto the glue board on his way out. Unfortunately, I didn't really think things through. Putting the trap in my drawer on Friday afternoon, I just expected if I caught the mouse that he would be dead when I got into work on Monday. I don't know exactly when he got stuck, but he did not die quickly and I felt really bad. If I find evidence of another mouse I'm sticking with a quick kill trap.
