It's semi accurate, beautifully made, even the box is real wood, engraving is pro looking. Packaging was good and secure.

I only gave this item 4 stars because even though it is beautiful, solid wood box that's well made, and the packaging to keep it safe during shipping was very good,the compass part doesn't actually work. I got this for our son for his confirmation and so while he more than likely wont use it for navigation and only as a keepsake, I am still very bummed out that the compass doesn't point north as indicated in the description.
