Nice 3 cleaning head design and it comes in a compact package consisting of 4 parts, The main brush an extension handle and the end cap which is a nice design it can be a hanging loop or a bottle opener. The plastic seemed OK but when I assembled the handle/extension I guess I overtightened it and a small crack appeared on the brush end of the screw in handle.I don't blame the brush, but myself. I admit that I do have a very long history of overtightening all kinds of things and having similar results. This is on me. Luckily, I had Krazy Glue, and it fixed the crack very well. So just a word of caution, be careful and don't overtighten the brush when putting it together.This is a very nice and effective grill brush. One of the better ones we've owned at a very reasonable price too! The triple scouring ends of the brush are quite effective to glean off the gunk and grease from the grill. We are quite satisfied with it.

The brush is fantastic, very durable bristles, very stiff, durable construction! The handle is a two-part thing, with different ends... the threads are just cheap plastic. If you push hard enough to clean the grill, the threads pop and the handle comes off. I epoxied my handle together and it's my favorite brush, ever, now. 🤷🏻♂️

La brosse est solide, le côté abrasif permet de bien nettoyer la grille.cela fait tres bien le job. je conseille.suggestion d'amélioration : la raclette pourrait être légèrement plus large.

The attachments are defective and are not able to connect to the brush handle. I did not realize until after the return window expired.After contacting the seller, they replaced the defective product by sending me a replacement. Great customer service from the company.

I opened the box, saw the steel brush and realized it is made of cheep and wimpy plastic in two pieces. Then I realized it is a twist handle. So when I tried connecting and slightly tighten the two pieces….. keeps turning so the thread is out of line and the product is cheesy and CHEEP. I want to return the entire three pieces and get a full refund. Send me a code or I can take the pieces to our Wholefood store in Ashburn, Virginia 15 minutes drive from our house. It is VERY OBVIOUS THEY ARE MADE FROM LEFTOVER PLASTIC REMNANTS. Need full refund and where to drop them
