Well packaged to prevent shipping damage. The drum was easy to install. Directions for resetting drum counter included and easy to follow. Printing is fine. I have not yet use one of the cartridges. The drum and two cartridges were a fraction of the cost of the name brand.

Product was delivered with adequate packaging. The drum and toner fit the machine well. As a result the copies produced are more evenly inked and darker. I would purchase again.
