This product does not work with my HP printer as stated on this merchant site. The chip doesn’t work. I have called the company several times only to get an automated answer. I have emailed and no response. I bought this product back in August so I could have it readily available when needed. However, I didn’t think to see if it worked be it says it does on the merchant site. Now I can’t even return it. Waste of money and no customer service.

Great value and it allows me to have a backup for the colors I don't use enough, My next purchase will likely be the four-pack of black-only ink.

The affordability was great, unfortunately the black cartridge fell apart before I could even put it in the printer. The other colors worked just fine.

I was a little concerned about using non-HP toner cartridges but these worked perfectly from the get go and the HP software detected them and correctly identified the toner levels as "full". Print quality looks same as with HP toner. Note: I did follow the recommendations to disable HP firmware updates prior to installation (which I assume prevents HP from blocking the cartridge function). It's been a few weeks since installation and so far everything is working well. If they continue to work it'll be great value as these are much less than the HP brand cartridges.

I purchased these cartridges and installed them in Sept 2024. in Jan 2025 the Magenta cartridge started leaving pink lines on the lefts side of my paper. I took the cartridge out and cleaned it very well but the problem still persisted. I notified the seller "SSMARTOMNI" right away and told them of my problem and ask if they could send me a replacement.The customer rep Piolo notified me the same day and was very helpful. After taking some information he got back to me the next day and said they will be sending me out a complete set of new cartridges.I informed him I only needed the Magenta one but he said they only send out full sets, which I received in a couple day.I highly recommend this company as they have Great Customer Service. And a Big Shout out to Piolo for being so helpful.S. Thompson

Based on my original 1* review, customer support emailed me and they provided excellent customer service sending me replacement cartridges. I downloaded their video directions on disabling HP updates and the printer is once again working perfectly. So, even through I was past the Amazon return window, they made it right. Kudo's to there customer service!Be aware it is critical to disable HP printer updates or you will have issues in the future with these toner cartridges. The company provided clear instructions. (FYI, I will not buy another HP printer. The quality of the printer is great, but the replacement toner for all 4 cost HP toners is about $480, almost as much as the cost of the original printer.) Aftermarket toner such as what this supplier provides is the only way I can afford to keep using this printer.

The seller saw my review and responded immediately by asking for a photo of the error I was receiving. They diagnosed that the firmware I had was not covered by the chip on the cartridges I received. They immediately sent me new cartridges which I have installed and work perfectly. I highly recommend a product/seller who stand behind their product and make sure you get value.Product appears to be of high quality. HP printers have chips on the cartridges to ensure they are HP genuine products. These cartridges come with a tutorial to set up your printer so that it will allow them to work. It doesn't work and to be fair it could be due to my printer going through firmware upgrades. Research showed me that you might be able to find the original firmware and get these to work, but that is a lot of trouble to go through. There is zero information on the packaging or inserts identifying how to get support from the provider. This fact suggests they know this is a problem and hope you keep them long enough to not be able to return them. I found a website and put in a support request and never heard from them. Now I've had to purchase genuine HP cartridges. This has been a very disappointing experience. If you give them a try after reading this review, make sure to install them right away so that you can return them if they don't work.
