Everything was difficult. Setting up users, accessing admin menu, getting the the thing to read fingerprints to punch in, even the off button didn't work. Very disappointed. Wish it wasn't too late to return it.

This fingerprint time clock for small businesses arrived well protected in custom cut foam padding within a branded box. The instructions appear adequately worded and use color pictures to illustrate set up. The time clock reads fingerprints pretty quickly. The buttons on its face have a crisp tactile feedback when pressed. It feels to be well constructed. It's easy to install and set up. Overall, it's a cost effective option that I recommend.

This time clock works good and is fairly easy to set up and use. The reason for 4 star instead of 5 is because they put the USB port, where you download the time sheets each time on the bottom of the clock. This is very hard to see and put the flash drive in to it if it is hanging on the wall. You have to get down under the clock and look up in order to see the port. This is a very awkward place to put it and makes it difficult to insert the flash drive. Other than that it is a great time clock

This is a nice inexpensive timeclock; it has a handful of RFID cards and works with a little thumbprint scanner. Pretty easy to set up, can be done entirely from the device although the screen isn't a touchscreen so you have to work it via the keypad which is annoying. A good option if you just need something cheap and simple and are willing to poke away at it to set up everyones names.

Received the product yesterday. Great basic time clock for a small business. So far easy to set up. Customer service is always available. The employees have not had a problem while they used this time clock machine.

I purchased this fingerprint time clock to test it out for our small business. My wife and I spent a weekend trying it out with our fingerprints to get a feel for how it works. Setting it up wasn't too complicated, and the instructions were easy enough to follow. My main concern is how comfortable my employees will feel about using their fingerprints for clocking in and out. It's something I'll have to pay attention to when we roll it out at work.The hardware feels durable, and for the price, it seems like a solid option for a small business looking for a practical solution to manage time and attendance. It’s a good start, and I hope the transition goes smoothly when we introduce it to the team.
