Your cart is empty.The Lathem 400E top-feed electronic time clock provides accurate timekeeping for employees without making the clock-in and clock-out process complicated or difficult. The 400E supports any pay period and records the month, date, day of the week, and time for up to 4 punches per day. Similar models only print the time. The 400E itself is easy to use. Employees simply insert their Lathem E14 time card and press the button that corresponds to the correct column on the card. The clocks can also be set to automatically adjust the column the time is recorded based on the time of day, making it even easier for employees to clock in and out. With smartphone technology, supervisors will never need to adjust the time or date due to power outage, leap year, or daylight savings time. The 400E requires Lathem E14 time cards. This kit includes everything needed to get started including the time clock, 200 E14 time cards, two pocket racks, 2 ribbons and 2 sets of keys. Since 1919, Lathem time clocks have set the standard for quality, durability and accuracy.

Our old time clock died after six months so we bought a replacement of the same model. I think these things are set to self destruct at six months as the same issues came up. The time clock will not consistently stay within the correct column. we use the time cards that came with the clock and we cannot get the machine to hold calibration. Pure garbage.

I bought one from Office Depot before lasted about 4 years before I purchased a new one but it was our fault it would’ve lasted a lot more

I don't like how the Lathem 400E-kit time clock doesn't line up properly and you can't use the other side of the time card and the print is very small. It's hard to read.
