The XS Tiger Paws Wrist Supports come with 2 plastic inserts and 2 foam inserts, all other sizes are shipped with 4 plastic inserts and 2 foam inserts. The Tiger Paw Wrist Support provides excellent stability and protection for the wrists, ideal for gymnastics or weightlifting. It’s comfortable, durable, and adjustable, though some may find it a bit bulky at first. My daughter loves it, and it really helps her during gymnastics.
