I have purchased Tiffen filters for most of my lenses since the 1970s. I have never been disappointed and appreciate the fact the filter just does its job. Do yourself a favor and get these for all your lenses. They have no impact on image quality while protecting the front glass on your lens from dust/dirt/moisture/etc. It's cheap insurance.

I have put Tiffen UV filters on all my lenses. I’ve been a photographer for over 25 years and there’s no need to buy super expensive filters. Good quality!

This is not the first Tiffen UV filter I bought. I have several lenses, and in all of them I use a filter like this. The have proven their quality, so I keep buying them. I recommend this UV protective lens filter.

The lens is loose. Glass moves around but only when being screwed in so no big deal. It came quite dirty quick clean and like perfect

Ottimo filtro di protezione; esso è un UV, cioè impedisce il passaggio dei raggi ultravioletti che al mare o in montagna possono generare una leggera dominante azzurrino/fredda, e serve anche a proteggere la lente frontale delle preziose ottiche aventi filettatura frontale di 43mm. Il marchio Tiffen, da decenni sul mercato, è garanzia di qualità; ottimo il trattamento antiriflessi multistrato. Ultima nota positiva, il filtro appartiene alla famiglia "slim", vale a dire che ha un telaio molto sottile in altezza; in tal modo non dà alcun problema di vignettatura anche se usato su grandangolari abbastanza spinti, quale, come nel mio caso, un 24mm.
