This vest is perfectly optimized for turkey hunting. Perfect layout to hold all your calls and keep them accessible. Comfortable seat with a good magnet. Strata camo matches all my other strata gear perfectly. If you are reading this review, buy this vest!Only complaint is the dangly strings. I’m an average sized guy 5”11 175lbs, and the vest seems to be designed for much larger people as I have all the straps pulled as tight as they could go, causing all the excess straps to hang all over the place. Easy fix with a pair of scissors and a lighter but might be nice to make straps a bit shorter.

Great product as usual. Has so much storage and well made. Purchased for turkey season but will be using it for deer as well. I'm a large guy wearing XXL for some shirts and had no issue with the size as it's adjustable and accommodating

Great vest except the magnet in the seat cushion, which is so weak that just walking along if you take a hard step it falls down. No way possible if you had a jacket or gobbler in the back with a little bit of curvature to the back with a load would the magnet have any chance of holding. A stronger magnet (much stronger) would have changed the entire vest to AWESOME!UPDATE: A full 9 months after my order (although I had just used the vest a week ago) the seller made a very generous offer to make my purchase pleasant and earn my satisfaction and full loyalty as a repeat and future customer. This kind of customer service is very rare these days! THANK YOU HUNTER CHOICE!

For a 5'7 130 pound woman I was worried this vest would be too chunky and heavy. I was wrong. The adjustable straps made for a nice fit. All my turkey gear fits and I don't feel weighed down. The padded seat is probably one of the best I have had!

Pros: The vest itself is great. Quality seems great, good zippers, lots of pockets and tons of adjustability. I’m 5’10” 280 and the best fits me well even w layers on. Really like all the options for storage, pockets, backpack etc. the camo is great and matched my cabelas timber strata perfectly.Cons: the seat needs to be re worked. The only way to keep the seat from constantly falling is tightening the straps all the way and you can’t quickly deploy the seat if needed. The magnet is very weak and could also be updated.All the adjustment is great but it leaves a bunch of dangling straps flopping around. More than likely I’ll fold them up and tape them in place but I’d like to see some kinda strap loops to hold stuff in place.All in all the good vest

I dont know much about Turkey hunting but I know webgear, outdoor equipment, and load bearing vests...Pros:-nice camo pattern and nice external material-tons of storage (gear familiarity will be crucial)-thick seat cushion seems comfortable-nice padding on the back-huge bird compartmentCons:-no way to stow excess straps, each clip has 4 to 6 inches of excess strap when tightened-tons of loops and straps hang off the vest which I imagine will snag on every thing in the woods-seat magnet is a great idea that doesn't work. Give a light shake and the seat comes off the magnet-buckles are cheap and light, survivability comes into question-feels alot like an airsoft vest underwent facial reconstructionThese are my initial impressions just comparing this vest to others I have encountered. Some of this may be my OCD, some of this comes from experience with gear similar to this. I think a full front zipper in place of the 3 clips would have made this and outstanding piece of equipment.Will circle back after Gobbler Opening Day and report back...I am optimistic, hence the 3 stars

I haven't used it yet since spring gobbler hasn't arrived yet but this vest is nice, pockets everywhere and fits nice. I think this thing will work great in the turkey woods. Only thing I found is the magnet that holds the seat up when not using isn't strong enough to hold it up but that's ok it hangs right below your butt and not in the way.

Plenty of pockets that are well placed to store everything I need for the hunt. And when I filled my tag, the game pouch held the bird perfectly.
