It’s pretty hard to smell my own breath, but I actually with confidence will tell you my mouth feels fresh for first several hours, even after drinking coffee in the morning.I squirt a little 2% peroxide in a cup with this and rinse. I would highly recommend this and using it for years!

I know this mouth wash is becoming more popular but there is reason for that! It stands the test of time against bad breath. My dentist has also recommended it as a safe mouth wash to use.

I’ve been using the original therafresh mouth rinse for a couple of years now but decided to try this icy mint one this time and I have zero regrets. I love it! It’s tastes great and leave a really good, not too strong aftertaste. The best thing about therafresh mouthwash for me has been that they are more effective than listerine and there’s zero stinging or weird feeling from using these.
