For years I thought I was doomed to yellow teeth as a coffee and wine drinker. I ruined my enamel in my early twenties with whitestrips from the large manufacturer that starts with a C and rhymes with rest. Any whitening products I tried since made my teeth so sensitive I couldn’t continue to try to whiten. I follow a beauty thread where different users had mentioned oil pulling but it seemed weird to try to do it with just straight coconut oil. Then another user posted this and I figured why not give it a try. These photos are taken a week and a half apart!!! I have been using it for the recommended time, while I complete my skin care routine. I did miss a couple sessions and noticed them slightly start to lose their whiteness a bit so it seems twice a day is key. I started to notice results the first three days and by a week I was impressed. Here I am at a week and a half and it’s still getting better. I can’t wait to see what my teeth look like in a month! I’ve had absolutely no sensitivity because it works from a different mechanism than traditional whitening products. I’m so much more confident in my smile now and seriously just blown away with how well this works. I can’t believe I suffered through years of yellow teeth when the solution was so simple. If you are on the fence or have major sensitivity like I did don’t hesitate and just get it! You can thank me later! 😉

I recently tried GuruNanda Coconut Oil Pulling as part of my oral hygiene routine. My product combined coconut oil with essential oil peppermint, which created a refreshing experience that left my mouth feeling clean.After using it daily for a few weeks, I’ve noticed a few benefits. I’ve noticed a subtle whitening effect on my teeth, with less buildup from coffee and food. Improved gum health with less irritation or discomfort than before.Of course, the texture is oily, but it’s easy to swish around and doesn’t feel heavy in the mouth. The recommended 10 minutes of swishing can be a bit challenging, but the instructions calls for 2 minutes to behinnersnworking yourself up to the 10 minutes as time goes with using the product.One thing to keep in mind is that while this product is to not get on your clothing because it will stain being as though it is oil. Also, it is not a miracle worker for deeper stains, but helps remove external stains on your teeth.Overall, it's a natural, refreshing option for anyone looking to enhance their oral hygiene routine. I’m definitely sticking with it for the long run!

Love this mouth wash very good especially if you don’t like coconut it’s mostly minty. I’ve also seen a big difference in my teeth no coffeee stains or bad mouth odor ! Getting my oral health check hoped it improves it
