I have MCAS and an allergy to almost any adhesive except tegaderm- and this tape. The more commonly used “cheap” brands in PT offices always give me a rash and just don’t stick, it’s like my skin rejects them. I’m able to get 2-3 days out of this tape easily as long as I don’t snag it on blankets in my sleep. No rashes, itching, or hives! I will forever love Theraband tape.

There are a ton of products that LOOK like this one but this is the only one that actually works. Be sure to pay attention to the brand you get when buying this tape.... Shockingly it actually matters. I bought some other tape that looked nearly identical on the surface level but it literally melted my skin off, gave me a chemical burn and didn't help with my pain.This brand is EXPENSIVE but so worth it because it actually works.

Ordered this due to lower price than KT or Rock brands. It is much thinner. You have to do 2 layers to get the same amount of support as KT Brand. It also has a different adhesive for those with sensitive skin. It also doesn't stay on for more than a day and half without severe fraying. Now that I'm finally to the end of this roll I will not be ordering again.

I love using this stuff but I wish there was an easier way for a single person to apply it on the mid back area.

I teach kintaping and this length is great for the duration of 6-8 hr course, with lots to spare. I find this brand tends to have less issues with skin sensitivities but can still happen if you’re pulling the full %100. Thick enough for sports and good for postural reminders

I am dependent upon Kinesio Tape for a chronic shoulder issue at this time. This tape actually does what it says! Great staying power for 3-5 days, in/out of shower and lake. Proper cleaning with alcohol required before application for best adherence. This KT tape has been a life saver for me. Easy application with embedded hexagon pattern for determining amount of stretch.

Does great support and helps a little with pain. Stays on several days depending on activity.
