My body worker turned me on to this brand. Stays in place, even through a shower. Don’t forget to shave your body hair and watch out for skin irritation which I have had with this brand but not others. The irritation appears on the softer skin on my chest or belly (when taping a hernia) but never on my back, arms, or legs.

First this is extremely durable. Second it kinda hurts to take off:/And third I don’t know if it’s helping yet as all I’m doing is watching taping videos and trying this for my plantar fasciitis

I tried 2 other brands, but they irritated my skin - Stark tape does not! It stabilizes my foot and provides some relief. It's thin and very flexible and, as others have noted, it stays in place (even in the shower). The only minor issue I have with it is that it is very thin (hence the flexibility) and sometimes it will stick to itself when putting it on and, like plastic wrap, sticks to itself. Annoying but not a big deal.

I have joint hypermobility. I bought these to use instead of clunky braces. I have used KT tape, Kroger brand and even dollar tree tape. This StarkTape sucks! It’s ripped my skin and the tape comes off overnight. It’s the hardest adhesive to get off my skin. I used as directed, I am experienced with this kind of tape! It’s so disappointing. It’s bad that the $1.25 pack is SO much better.

#1 WAS TRUE SKIN COLOR AND WORKED PERFECTLY. STAYED PUT.#2 NOW IS ORANGY COLOR AND GLUES SO HARD THAT TAKES OFF PIECES OF MY SKIN. I've resorted to put cream before applying it. Hopefully they will go back to original manufacturer or material.....

I've torn my rotator cuff 3 times, and they all required surgery, so I've basically been going to PT for almost 2 years. I've tried several different kinds of tape. The strong KT tape caused a rash, so I tried the one for sensitive skin which didn't adhere well, and also caused a rash. My PT therapist recommended Rock tape, and it was better, but always itchy and also caused a rash. The Stark tape is like a miracle for me. It not only stretches and gives strong support, stays on without the edges rolling up, and DOESN'T CAUSE A RASH, but it also costs less. I'll be using this from now on.
