Too small for the workout use, probably good for teens and kids and not for adult men. Feels strong and weight bearing. but returned and got a bigger one. So staying neutral at 3 stars.

When I need a lift this is what I use. I wish I can carry it with me so I can feel taller on command but I can't so I don't feel tolerant command. In fact I don't really think I'd do anything on command. I'm not a puppy. I know some people actually are identifying as puppies and that's good and they may feel uncommon but I don't. Now I need something to pop up my self-esteem. Anyway don't think they make anything for self-esteem propping. Maybe an affirmation I'll go look over there now. Now, don't get me wrong. After about a month it is not broken yet but once in a while I will hear a little crack sound and the surface sinks in a little. I checked for crack or damage but so far I haven't seen any. If it is built a few mm thicker I think it will definitely be better. After a month use and so far it is working fine with everyday spending about 1.5 hrs on it.

This little step is perfect for light exercise at home. It's sturdy, level, and the heightening 'feet' nesting in the bottom make it easy to adjust, store, etc.Note that it has also been helpful when we needed the extra 'lift' to get an injured foot into the car. It worked perfectly.

Very happy with my purchase. Good material. Anti slip surface and anti skid nuts on the buttom makes it safe to use on any surface. Not only I use it for exercise but also as step around the house. My stationary bike is a bit high for me, so, the step becomes handy.The raisers fit nicely and secure under the step. Recommended

We purchased this to help with some simple physical therapy, but it's also come in handy as a small, sturdy step up for for other tasks (reaching high shelves, etc.). The feet fit snugly underneath the main step when the extra height isn't needed. It takes a bit of effort to wedge them in place and pull them free again, but so far it's a solid little step.

I use this pretty much on a daily basis and it has been perfect for what I need it for. I take it to Planet Fitness because they do not have any pieces of equipment like this one. Would recommend this piece of equipment to anyone that needs a portable step

1 for RV, for when an extra step is needed due to uneven ground. 2 for beside bed, I have short legs & my bed is a high platform type, dog uses it for same reason. 3 for hot tub step, stays put & gives those extra inches I need.

I bought this for my son who had a stroke almost 2 years ago. He exercises everyday and only has the use of 1 arm and wears a brace on his leg. He wanted the Step to practise stepping up and down with his bad leg. He feels safe and secure on this step, therefore I am at ease knowing he is exercising safely.
