It's nice and sturdy, however, it is too small for traditional step aerobics. I didn't realize that it wasn't going to be a full size step platform where you could move from side to side for step. I guess that is why it is so reasonably priced.

I'm 63, have size 9 1/2 wide feet, and will probably not use this at music speeds higher than 130 BPM, so for me it's ok. It's super sturdy, but the top is a little more slippery than I'd like. It's fairly narrow, so doing over the top moves (see 1st two pictures) can be a little dicey if you're not careful. If your shoes have a softer, more rubbery sole, you'll do better than with these new-not-ever-worn-outside Rykas I have on. In any case, like I said - it's very sturdy, doesn't take up much room, and I get a great workout on it, so I think it was a good value. Ask me again what I think if I slip off and break a leg.

This was smaller than expected, but I realized it is perfect. The lifters also store perfectly underneath. You have to pop them in a certain direction or they wont stay, but that is logical. It is durable. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to do online step at home.

I have no intention of using this for its intended purpose of an aerobic step, but it works perfectly as a step up to the couch for my senior foster dog! His back legs are weak and unsteady, so he needs just a little boost up to the couch. Traditional doggy steps were too narrow and contained too many stairs for his wobbly old body to navigate. This exercise step is the perfect width and height for him to get on the couch by himself in a two hop sequence. It gives him the freedom to get on and off the couch safely, even when we’re not home. Reggie definitely approves!

Gleich ausgepackt und getestet: Stabil, trotz meines Übergewichts. Die zusätzlichen Stufen bzw.
