I wanted a one-piece tube with a good pick-up/release clip. Even though it is clear plastic, it seems stiff and durable.Balls are easy to pickup. I think the"release" button is easier to work by hand than foot, but the latter might work with practice. Holds a lot of balls.Happy with the purchase. Recommended.

Simple tool that does the intended job. I carry this in my bag at the practice facility, using it to pick up nearby balls when my bucket gets low. Best use is after a round of pitching/chipping practice: just walk up to the green and grab the balls by pressing the tube down over each one. Tube clicks when a ball has been retrieved, the tube holds 21 balls. There is a spring activated latch at the bottom, pull it back to release the balls.

Simple product that does it's job. You can operate the latch with your feet, which is great. Sometimes the balls don't go in past the latch, but the ball stays in, and the next ball pops it up, or you pop it up with your toe. This one does not have writing on the tube, which I'm fine with. Nice product.

Overall ok product. It arrived with scratches all over, not due to packaging or delivery. Seems it was lightly used or just poor handling when made. Pretty simple, light tube. Ok for the price.

I bought this over 6 mo this ago and use it regularly. This is so easy to use and makes practicing so much easier not having to bend over to pick up all the golf balls. To remove balls from holder I find it easiest to just use my hand to release the balls. I have Accidently dropped it several times on the concrete and it was not damaged. It fell off my parked golf cart a couple times too and wasn’t damaged at all other than a few scratches. I have used it on wet grass and sandy greens and it still worked perfectly fine.Great purchase! Glad I bought it.

Ideal-sized golf ball retriever which makes golf practice a breeze. I used to carry a bag of balls and whenever I would practice, it was such a pain to bend down and collect the balls. The Practice Stick Ball Retriever has so far proved to be sturdy and functional as expected. The number of balls it holds (about 23) is adequate. I was debating getting a larger sized 'shag' bag retriever or this, but I am glad I went with this one. Its slim-profile allows it to be carried in the golf bag, and it does not take a lot of space otherwise. The spring loaded plastic mechanism works with sturdy-sounding clicks as the retriever is placed on a ball and pushed. Placing it directly on a ball is pretty easy and it takes a minute to retrieve all the balls. As I look to improve my short game and scores, the Practice Stick is already proving to be very useful. Can't go wrong with this.
