I bought this to go with my carrier backpack. They were just the right size and deep enough to prevent alot of spills. Downside was putting together was a bit of a pain and the edges were quite sharp which resulted in me getting my finger sliced open. I ended up filing the edges own quite a bit to prevent my birds feet from suffering the same fate as my finger. Be careful and inspect before first use!

I'd been trying to find food and water dishes that could work with the day perches I set up for my birds for a while. Didn't want to shell out for exorbitant products and held out, and then stumbled across this on Amazon.This is the perfect fit! Both for sisal rope perches and window perches, this does the job with no issue.Highly recommend!

As other reviewers mentioned, these aren’t proper stainless steel cups. You can wash these cups as much as you like, and use Bar Keepers Friend, but there is a gray residue that still comes off if you wipe it with a paper towel - yuck! If you drink from it, you can taste the metal. This is not a safe or proper container for food/water. Whatever it is, you will probably poison your bird if you give it to him, especially if he bites the rim, which most likely he will. I do NOT recommend this product, and I returned the one I got.

No residues or oils that I could find, no factory odors either. Comes disassembled, but they provided a small screwdriver so that shouldn't be much of an issue for anyone. The tiny dinosaur is already very territorial and protective over the new dishes. I sanitized mine with boiling water before using, everything looks good so far.

This is not “high quality stainless steel” as the description suggests. No matter how many times I wipe down and clean the bowls, it still leaves a dark metallic polish/residue (as seen in photo). This is completely unsafe for any pets that are going to eat or drink from these bowls. I can only imagine how toxic it would be for them to ingest it. Buyer beware and keep your pets safe!

The cups are small, but still larger than condiment cups, so they will hold a few treats for my bird when he's riding in his backpack cage. Instead of water, I give my little guy apple and orange slices, which these cups can easily hold, to help him stay hydrated until we get home. I especially like how well this clamps onto his perch. Gives him full access to both cups with little effort. :)

I was buying for a larger parrot and the other ones I bought the clamp was just too small and they didn't fit around the perches. (Great for small birds but not for what I needed) This is perfect sized clamp and it will work for small birds, it will work for larger birds (not macaws) but African grays, etc. and most perches. The other thing I really like about this one is that I had the option of attaching one cup, which is what I did!

This is an ok bowl set to use in the carrier bag I have for my green cheek. I found out the hard way that if my 62 g bird steps on one of the cups, it will go upside down and dump all the food and water. I kind of hate cleaning this bowl set since I usually put water and pellets inside the two bowls. Trying to not put solids down the sink but you have to empty the water. Maybe a better design is having something that will make the clip not twist off and dump the contents out. Making the bowls level would be a great idea too to reduce the water from going all over with movement. I barely put some water in and there's still a problem with it getting all over my clothes. It'd be cool to have a faster way to remove the bowls from the clip without using tools for easy cleaning.

There is little or no risk of this item loosing its grip on a smooth wooden, or fabric perch. The dishes are stainless, and deep enough to prevent water spillage in a backpack-style pet carrier.

Parfait pour les sorties extérieures pour petits perroquets. Matériaux robustes et fiables. Je n’ai pas peur que mes oiseaux mangent le moustiquaire. Les perches sont bien faites et solides.
