The bottom part that keeps the items on the skewer doesn’t stay on, but it still works. I use it for sola balls and my bird loves it.

This was perfect for my budgie cage. It helps birds to try different veggies, I even stacked Cherrios cereal on it and the bird loved that. Good price and well made.

Might fit half apple. Don't waste your money - this is too small and flimsy.

I use an ice pack with small baby carrots but whatever you put on there stays and my bird loves carrots and sometimes apples but you can hang it anywhere it's sturdy and it stays put so your bird can eat I bought it again so I got two of them I bought my daughter one for her parakeets that's how pleased we are
