A sturdy and well made paddle. Use it to paddle a jon boat around a small pond.

Have used this paddle several time and it has worked well. Tightens securely at different heights/lengths and stayed positioned where I set it, until I loosen it. Worked great, won't hesitate to buy another one.

Paddle is exactly as described. I bought this paddle to store in my jet ski. It fits perfect in the front compartment. I have not used it yet, but my 3 kids have been playing with it in the pool and so far it has held up well to 3 teenage boys.

Boat this as a safety net if the boat decides to have mechanical issues. Always good to have on board. Collapses nice and small, super sturdy.

Good paddle that folds up nice and compact for easy storage on boats without much extra space. What makes it great, however, is also what leaves a bit to be desired.Due to the light weight, collapsible nature, it doesn't feel incredibly strong when pulling through the water. If they could reinforce the metal just a bit, it would be a 5 star review.

I was glad to have this the other day when my wife got her line tangled in the prop. We drifted closer and closer to the rocky area so I grabbed this out of the storage area and kneeled at the front of the boat and paddled each side until she was done. It was easy to extend to full length, and was sturdy enough for the deep digs I had to pull against the current.

I keep this in my kayak in case I somehow lose my dual-blade paddle through some freak accident (which, thankfully, hasn't happened yet). I'm really pleased with how easily it fits into the bow of my boat. I really don't even notice it's there when I'm on the water. I've only used it to test it out a couple of times and it's a good weight - not too heavy, not too flimsy and lightweight - and the telescoping handle really locks into place when you tighten it giving you the ability to take long, smooth strokes without worrying that it will collapse on you. I have no idea how it would fair if you tried to use it for an extended period of time, so I can't recommend it as an everyday item, but I highly recommend it as an emergency tool.
