Nice it has a built in drain so you can easily collect the extra fat in a bowl or jar. The base also has jagged edges so it can latch on to the gas stove grill making it more stable to cook on. It's also very easy to clean, a good wipe down with some kitchen paper after it's cooled down then a bit of warm soapy water does the trick. I've also stuck it in the dishwasher a few times and it's still ok. Happy with it so we bought a second one and are able to invite more people to have K-BBQ with us.

Ever since covid, we often do our own kbbq at home. I used from electric grills to gas stove top. I like this one the best.It heats evenly and fast. It has a large cooking surface. It is light weight, I brought it to our camping trip. Very convenience!I used a little glass bottle to catch the drips with no problem. So far, I only use it with the portable gas stove, not yet in the big stove since I don't intend to use it other than for kbbq.It has non-stick surface. I cooked eggs on it with ease. It feels like it made of good material. It is sturdy and sits fine on the stove.One of the great thing is it is a breeze to clean! Nothing sticks to it! I'm very happy with this grill pan.

Before you leave a negative review, learn how to use the grill FIRST! Because if you know what you are doing, This grill will not burn your food! Low heat setting yet the food was like cooked in a restaurant kitchen. Very appetizing, will not dry, will not burn or blacken your meat! Quality is what you get, worth every penny. You will not buy any other kind of grill after you buy this. I cooked A5 Wagyu, Prime Angus tenderloins and Kalbi short ribs for dinner. Meat was cooked perfectly, Not dry but juicy results. NOT BURNT!! NO BLACK COLOR! GOLDEN BROWN! Flame setting was low as recommended by the manufacturer, and the sear is still golden and appealing! Caramelizes the meat really well. Meat was juicy! I could not believe the setting was low but the results were WOW>!After cooking, cleanup was a breeze! No effort at all. Just take a damp cloth and wipe it while it's warm, and the residue, grease, etc just slides off!Threw it on the sink, no effort to deep clean! Worth the money, its beatiful and very impressive performance.

Dining out gets expensive and we’ve been researching an ideal grill to have at home. No intense scrubbing necessary, the brunt marks and heavy amounts of oils still stuck on the grill easily comes off without having to put in elbow grease when hand washing your grill. It’s also a bonus for those that prefer to utilize the dishwasher since the product is dishwasher safe and I haven’t had any issues regarding using the dishwasher but be sure to . Keep in mind that Teflon can also be easily scratched so be aware of the utensils and the type of sponge you use. We use wooden chopsticks, silicon tongs, and any non abrasive sponge to maintain our grill.Another feature that we love is how the design of the grill drains the fat. The dome design allows the fat to drop down to the grease draining hole. I only had a chance to use this item once but man it does work like a champ. I cooked pork belly and short ribs on it and everything cooked perfectly. I didnt have to add any oil at all to keep it non stick. The item feels really sturdy and seems to be of top quality made. It comes with a lifetime guarantee from the manufacturer as long as its not because of abuse or improper cleaning such as using a copper brush to clean it. Cleaning it was super easy as all i had to use was a soft sponge with soap. At first from the picture it seems like the circle designs on the item were sticking out so it would make it harder to clean but dont worry about that. The circles are just designs on it and do not stick out at all. The grease drains through the swirls out of the hole on the side. Only complaint i had was that when using the portable stove that i have, the drain hole is just about 1/4 of an inch or so short of reaching the bowl i put to catch the grease. It could just be because of the type of stove i had but it wasnt anything major at all. I fixed it by macguyvering a lil piece of foil and making a gutter type contraption from the hole to the bowl. only took me about 10 seconds to do, henceforth the 4 stars. I would give it a 4.75 actually if i could but settled for a 4 since i cant. Lastly i think the teflon coating goes all the way around the item making even the bottom and everywhere easy to clean. All in all I would totally recommend this to friends and would definately buy again if i ever had to.
