Husband got me this grill for my birthday and we have cooked on it each night since it arrived. great quality, easy to use, clean up is easy, grease tray holds approximately 1.5 cups of liquid - hood to know for cleaning. Very happy with this purchase and considering purchasing a second for hosting dinner hibachi style. No complaints.

Finally able to do an omelette like the diners! Sides are cooler then dead center. What a marvel. Can do home fries, move to side and keep warm. Bacon, move to side and keep warm. Allows you to bring the meal together at once. Same goes for like onions and peppers etc. saves from utilizing many different food containers and reheating as main meal finishes.

This has become my go-to for cooking burgers, fajitas and pancakes. The cooking surface is larger than your regular home griddle, easily accommodating 12 hamburgers at a time, with space to flip. The heat distribution isn't perfect, but I'd say that's ok, as about 80% of the surface is "in-range" and the edges work to keep things warm, while cooking.
