I have used my griddle several times and the only complaints I have with it is; the unit can take up to 15 minutes to reach the desired temperature and my unit does not heat uniformly. The heat is mostly in the center of the griddle.After contacting Amazon, they shipped me a new replacement griddle and I returned the old one. I am looking forward to trying out the new griddle.

Came dented on both sides, packaging was poor. Does not come with a wall plug- comes ready to hard wire. Seems to be operating well after I had to spend extra money to rewire.

Wow, great grill for $$$ and size. Used daily at my concession stand from street tacos to pancakes.Very impressed with overall quality and performance.
