You know that moment when you get a damaged package in the mail and your heart sinks a little because you know the contents are probably just as damaged? Well that was me today when I received this package. Several spots on the packaging had rips and tears and one whole corner was even tore out! I've taken several pictures and I am including them in this review. No one wants to receive bent, ripped, or damaged paper. Especially stationary 😔 More than anything, I'm just really disappointed as this is a beautiful set.

I love the pastel colors. Great variety and I really like weight of the paper which makes it good quality. Fun paper for all my pen pal lettering. The lines are perfect with just the right amount of space.

The images are crisp & more detailed than I was expecting! I love the envelopes, and I think when I send them out they're going to be a hit. The paper was a little damp even though it was in a plastic bag but once I opened them up and let them sit for a minute they did dry up fine. Might have been because the envelope was outside over night. The paper is thin so handle it delicately. The only thing I'd change would be to add more writing lines and give less space between them, but they are double sided and that's a personal preference more than an actual flaw.

My oldest son is in Naval Officer Candidate School and sending letters daily is my main way of communicating with and encouraging him. These are great double-sided, lined papers that make writing clearly easy, are attractive, pleasant to touch, sturdy enough, fold easily, and fit well into the envelope. The stickers are great for adding a seal, the variety of designs are fun, and the whole kit overall is enjoyable to use and look at. The quantity and price appealed to me, too.My main issue is that the envelopes have worthless adhesive. I was hoping to use the sticker as extra sealing insurance and attractive add-on, but instead I need to use tape and the sticker just to keep it closed at all. Not a deal breaker, just not convenient or easy at all.Secondly, while the designs are fun, the watermarked map designs that cover some of the pages interfere with my writing being visible with a standard black ballpoint pen, and some of the stamp designs on the borders get quite large and reduce my writing area.Along with that but much smaller issue is that the envelopes have designs on them, too, and most are postage designs. My letters get to him ok, but at first I worried that my actual stamp would be lost among the envelopes' stamp designs.

So happy I made this purchase. I put the roll of tape in some of the pics for scale. They’re decently sized. Paper is a tiny bit on the thinner side, so writing with a light hand is best. The art is stunning. I love the different designs and the calm (yet vibrant) colors. Each design is unique. The envelopes are a bit thicker than the paper, but I don’t think they would survive being sent in the mail. Definitely put inside another envelope. There is no adhesive on the envelopes so a glue stick or the stickers it comes with are a must if wanting to seal them.

The stickers for this one are pretty unnecessary and I will not be using them.... they look "tacky". The stationary is very light and thin but the pattern to make them look old is a little off and dark in places. Not sure if I like it or not.

I was very happy when this paper arrived as it was much prettier than the picture showed and the picture was very pretty! The paper matches well with the envelopes and I'm very proud to have it to use to write to my many pen pals! The only downside is that there are only 50 sheets of paper to go with the fifty envelopes! I tend to do longer letters so I'll use two sheets of paper per envelope! This did not come as a surprise as I read about the paper before ordering it but I liked the paper so much that I ordered it anyway! The 25 extra envelopes will still get used as they are too lovely not to be! I'll order again when ready!
