It just didn't work for me. I'm on well water and that may be a contributor to the problem It will only heat water at a trickle and somewhat erratic. It requires a 30 amp dedicated service as it trips on 20 amp. The amp draw is not stated in the ad.

Wish I could give minus stars! I paid a professional to install this and first thing it did NOT come with tubing needed so I had to go to Ace Hardware and purchase it, then when it was installed it did NOT work!!!! So frustrating! Waste of money to have installed by a professional and tubing purchase and my time!

[As a Vine member, Amazon lets me pick from a pool of free products in exchange for my honest review. Good, bad, or ugly, I call them like I see them.]These little tankless heaters are great in a vacation property that you don't spend every day at. This one's got a slick look and feel to it. We did also change to a low-flow shower head so as not to out-pace this heater. Be sure to mind the electrical requirements.

Looks like a nicely built instant heater. The front is actually made of glass, the wires are super heavy gauge. The manual says you need a 60A circuit for this, which is odd because that's not a thing. I was going to put this on the same circuit as my dishwasher, but now I'm realizing I'll need a totally new circuit for this. Installation will have to wait until I can get that done. I want to use this to supplement hot water for the kitchen faucet because it takes about 60 seconds for hot water to reach it. Seems like a pretty good price for what you're getting.

This is a very nicely designed heater. Only one problem. I cannot use it because it pops my circuit breakers as soon as I turn the water on. I've even replaced the breakers and it still pops them. There is no warning nor disclosure about this in the documentation, which is minimal. Do I have to rewire my outlet with heavier wire? It might work if you have 12 gauge wire and 20 amp breakers. Very disappointed. DON'T BUY IT UNLESS YOU HAVE 12 GAUGE WIRE WITH 20 AMP BREAKERS.

There are a lot of different types and shapes and sizes for a tankless water heater and my wife, and I decided we wanted one just for a kitchen sink that could be separated from the larger tank and use less energy. The best feature about this particular unit is just how compact it is. Others I have seen are quite big taking up immense space whereas this one fits in a corner and is barely noticeable.Second great feature is that it can easily hook up to standard water connections already under the sink.We though the electrical connection would be an issue but at a 110V power necessity we can easily run this direct from a nearby outlet and get what we need to power it in a safe way.The temperature adjustment is great which you simply do not get with a traditional hot water tank and with a memory function built in we can be assured it will remain at the last setting we used it on and not have the need for constant adjustments to be made.Another cool feature this comes with and why it makes sense for us to upgrade with is the amount of energy it uses. Upgraded tech has this using less energy to keep the same amount of water hot ONLY when we need it and not constantly hot like a traditional tank.I do wish that it came with a remote as others do just when it does need and adjustment there is no need to bend down under the cabinet to do it but that is just on rare occasions, and I think I can live with that. For the price point and how small but mighty it is I do believe there is good value with this unit that does what most others do and works really well. No waiting for the hot anymore...3 seconds and its hot!

Really nice and compact instant hot water heater. The size is the best part, it can easily be hidden under your sink etc. It seems very durable and a great value for the money. I did misread this ad and thought this was a 110v plug in, not hard wired but not a big deal either way just something to make sure you are aware. Functions as described! The temp control is easy and the water is almost instant hot, much better than waiting for the water out of the hot water heater.A+!

So this item says its 110v.The wires are VERY thick. However on 110v in every household 6000w is a physical impossibility. You cannot create more power than is available. The average household has 110v 15 amp circuits. The max in these situations would be 110 20 amps.So the max power you could draw on a 110v at standard power level is 1650 watts MaxAnd on a 20 amp circuit 2200 watts max. There is no way this can reach anywhere near 6000wThe wires do seem beefy and it does do some warming but its dead of winter here and the water coming out bearly feels warm.Size is good installation is not terrible but you will need this on a dedicated circuit and once again will only be 1600-2200 watts max.
