"It's just what the doctor ordered." Seriously, it provides good support and is well made with quality materials. It will help ensure the support needed until the ligaments of my sprained wrist has healed.

This brace splints the top and bottom of my forearm midway from my elbow down to the knuckles of my right hand. It's easily the most comprehensive and comfortable brace I've worn. For me, the brace treats irritation from a distal radius allograph of a donor bone with a plate and four screws (two at the end of my bone, two in the allograph). The irritation is probably early arthritis, since I'm almost 50 and the injury and surgeries to repair it happened almost 3 decades ago. When my wrist bugs me, or when I need to do a lot of work with my hands, I wear the brace to avoid striking ("lightning") pain and as a reminder to be gentle. It seems to operate as well as a cast would for bone trauma to the forearm. I wouldn't use this brace in place of visiting a specialist if I were or had experienced trauma to my forearm, but it could maybe operate as a good splint to get to a doctor.

I originally bought the large size but it was too big. I bought the Small/medium and it fits way better and is more comfortable. Great price, Velcro is great! Easy to use. I do have a bit of trouble with the thumb strap. But I figured it out I think. And the instructions were clear. I just had a bit of trouble figuring it out.

I really liked the support of the bottom metal insert, once I formed it into a comfortable spoon like shape that allowed me to rest my hand perfectly. The Fit was more than perfect because it has lengthy Velcro straps, the materials used, All are Very Durable. Well made brace. Easy to shape both too and bottom or adjust both to suit your specific need.I DO RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE A SOFT SOCK OR NO STICK 2-3 inch Wide ACE Bandage for a cozier fit and the barrier helps stop chafing, or a blister from forming by of on your thumb because of how it has to be worn. If allowed to take the brace off a cpl times a day take advantage and do so but rest. Not nothing but maybe tv, sit outside let your arm soak up some sun after 30-40 it should come back on. But I am no Dr. I am not giving professional medical advice I am simply sharing my experiences and outcomes. Im not trying to be selling anything. Just a review from someone who purchased, used and am keeping in my 1st aid survival gear.

I am extremely pleased with the TANDCF Unisex Forearm and Wrist Support Splint Brace. This brace provides excellent support and stability for my wrist, especially when dealing with carpal tunnel issues. The double fixation design ensures that my wrist is securely held in place without feeling too restrictive. What sets this brace apart is its comfort - the material is soft against the skin and does not cause any irritation. I have noticed a significant improvement in my wrist pain since using this brace. Overall, I highly recommend the TANDCF Wrist Brace for its effectiveness and comfort. Five stars!

Overall this is a very nice brace and worth the cost. When I first received it, I was unsure that I’d keep it. However, after trying it on and wearing it, I immediately realized how perfect it was for my needs. Using this brace, I have been able move with confidence while recovering from my injury. Besides supporting both wrist and lower/mid forearm, it’s very comfortable and not too bulky. In fact, I can still wear a shirt and coat over it (just be careful not to snag delicate clothing on the velcro tab, which I learned the hard way). It’s also very comfortable and easy to slip on/off and quickly tighten/loosen on demand by simply pulling the tab attached to the strings with the opposite hand. It can be expanded to fit over an ace bandage or small hot/cold pack without compromising support (there even seems to be a narrow pouch on the top side for a small hot/cold pack, though I didn’t test that). The metal rod inside can also be removed if the extra support isn’t needed. The clever design allows it to be used on either the right or left hand, and the reflective stripes along both sides are an attractive touch with a purpose. I would highly recommend this product if you’re looking for a longer brace with good support/protection for wrist and forearm, allows thumb and fingers to move freely, and is easy to adjust one-handed.
