Ordered this odd Japanese pan, to use on our tiny gas fireplace ledge. When the lights go out during Winter, we can now heat or cook our food like true survivalists! But we'll probably use it in the kitchen as well. Sturdy, heavy metal with nice finish. I will look forward to my square omelette and learn to make it Japanese style!

Perfect size of this pan, not too big not too small. Very easy to cook with and hand wash. I use olive oil to lightly oil the pan first, warm it up with medium heat, place the egg mixture, roll it up when it’s almost done, then add more egg mixture which adds layers. Serve the egg rolls with seaweed salad and fruit of choice. My 10 year old son is a picky eater at this age. I want him to eat eggs because eggs are whole food to help him grow and build his immunity. I keep searching for a solution and I found this in YouTube. Now he asks for egg rolls almost everyday. By the way, my husband likes the egg rolls, too. 😄🥰
