Love this pan. Color is beautiful and itโs so easy to clean. Eggs came out perfect for our biscuit egg and sausage sandwich. Would love a whole set of pans with this color and easy cook/clean finish.

I decided to wait at least one year to review this pan, to see how it holds up. It cooks just was well as the first day I got it! The key to keeping it non-stick is to always cook with some oil and wash it with a gentle cloth or sponge. Also, use a good silicon spatula! This pan is the perfect size when making breakfast for 2.... as you can see the sections fit one egg or one sausage patty. I do wish it had a lid, but to cook my eggs perfectly, I just lay a cookie sheet over the top.

I own a lot of TeChef products - I sought them out to begin with due to my husband's nickel allergy. I had to get rid of all my All Clad cookware!! When I saw this pan, I immediately I thought "what fun!!". For eggs, it's probably best for over-easy egg lovers. I happen to like my eggs over medium, and flipping the egg was a little challenging. I think I'll get the hang of it, though. I like using the eggs to put in breakfast sandwiches (or just eat!). The pan is perfect for dollar sized pancakes - easy to flip. Using a small spatula worked best. As with all TeChef pans, the nonstick surface is superior. I don't even use cooking spray. Cleaning is a cinch (I only use hot water, no soap). I highly recommend this product. It performs wonderfully, is easy to use, and is very versatile. Kids will enjoy it, and you can make a lot of fun brunch items (eggs, pancakes, potatoes, mini omelettes, cauliflower pancakes, and whatever else you can think of). I updated my review with a photo of the small, silicone spatula that I used to flip the pancakes.

I've been cooking with TeChef for years, so I'm a big fan. Love their non-stick, easy to clean surfaces. Every day I use one or more of the following: their 12" Wok-like saute (my go to), their 12" Grille pan, and their terrific stew pot. So, when they asked if I'd review this I was happy to do so. the good:1. Same, great non-stick coating -- when my first eggs burned, the pan cleaned perfectly in a single sponge wipe.2. Attractive, light and nicely designed -- this is a smaller (10.25 inches in diameter), thinner version of their bigger saute pans. Great for quick heating.3. This pan allows variety cooking -- e.g. you can toast muffins and cook eggs simultaneously. The not so good:1. Tho others seem to have had little problem, I find the circular cooking cupping to work poorly with a regular spatula: the straight tool doesn't fit easily in a round cupping. I wish TeChef had developed a circular spatula-like tool to work with it, and included it with this pan.2. Similarly, for a lot of my purposes, I need a lid. TeChef makes a great lid for its 12" pans which I use interchangeably . (It's see-thru, stands on end, and has a built in steam release.) But this rather unusual 10.25 inch pan needs its own lid. TeChef should have included one because my 12" lid doesn't cut it here. 3. One of the beauties of the pan is that it has so many potential uses. TeChef could have developed a small, cook book of recipes for this, and included it. Certainly, TeChef developed a host of different uses while testing. Share that knowledge.Bottom line: This has the potential to be a great kitchen tool with multiple uses -- and it has that great TeChef technology. But it seems to me a bit like a not fully developed product -- and really needs a usable spatula tool, a good lid, and some diverse recipes to make it a typical TeChef winner.

I am so excited about this pan. You can feel the quality in the sturdiness of the pan . The handle is a brushed stainless steel, attached to the pan with rivets, and it has a beautiful mauve finish. I made this southwestern English muffin, to test my beautiful pan out. It not only has beauty it was made with brains. It has a very non-stick surface and I had no problem flipping or moving the eggs. The heat conduction was wonderful heat reached all the areas of the pan (impressed). The size of the cups were a perfect fit for the muffin, and the edges between the cups were adequate for any overflow. It has a very well though out construction. I am excited at the thought of all the possible uses of this pan. It would be great for hamburgers. You could put them on Portabella Mushrooms that you could cook all in the same pan. You could cook Pancakes and put the eggs and ham on them, all cooked in the same pan. No more cleaning up more than one pan (yeah, I hate dishes). It would also be great for portion control of small cakes, cookies,or homemade English muffins. I could cook vegetables, sausage and dippy eggs all in one pan. I have not even begun to think of all the ways I can use it because it is also oven safe. I am so impressed with the quality and thought that went into this pan, and all for a wonderful price, I am amazed. Thank you Techef for your wonderful products.Update: I have now had this pan for five years and I am still finding uses for it. My latest is that it is the perfect way to poach eggs. I canโt believe I didnโt think of this before. I fill it with water, put the vinegar in, crack my eggs, turn off heat and cover for 4 minutes. They turn out perfectly. No egg white everywhere. Everything stays together.
