I returned, I didn’t like the shape and not useable on an electric stove.

This pan is fun and easy to use. Heat it up and oil it like any cast iron and adjust the heat to cook your eggs to perfection. Slight learning curve but overall a good purchase.

The pan looks great although seems a bit smaller than I anticipated. Can't wait to use. My only 'complaint' is I had to attach the handle. Yes, bolts and tool come with it, however it's always better if reinforced at the factory. It also caused a few scratches on surface turning the bolt tightly in place. Extra bolts are provided and the material bag it came in will be very useful when storing with other pans. Otherwise, I'm pleased.

Love this pan. Need to learn techniques of cooking with stainless steel so items don’t stick.

I turn on the heat, add a little slice of butter as it starts to melt, I put in the eggs. Then flip before the edges start getting crispy. Non stick unless the pan is too hot. Don't preheat the pan. I just wish it had a glass lid with it. But I found one that will work. 100% recommend. That's my story and I am Stickin to it.

Probably one of the best pans I’ve ever bought! It’s now my go to pan for cooking eggs. It is heavy and sits flat even on warped coil burners, heats evenly and is super easy to clean.

My cast iron skillet is smooth. I expected this to be smooth also. The rough texture make turning eggs tear and stick.

I wanted a cooking pan like this with a nonstick surface, but wasn't excited about having one with a plastic coating because I don't fully trust them to be completely nontoxic, especially when used over time, and the coating breaks down. Coated pans also only last a limited number of years. This stainless steel version has worked extremely well and was very reasonably priced. Using a little butter to coat the pan and the omelet roles out without any sticking or trouble at all. Clean up is extremely easy with a little soap and hot water, mostly just to clean off the butter residue. The handle has to be attached to the pan body with a couple of nuts and a small wrench (included), which works just fine and is very secure.
