This machine required a lot of fine tuning for our church to use it to make pierogies. We had to refine the dough quite a bit. If you follow the instructions of how to prepare your product the way they advise, it works much better. The customer service was fantastic and continues to help us. Took a long time to get here and manual instructions were difficult at first, but every time we had a question, it was very, very promptly answered. For the money this was a great buy. We are very happy with the product so far. The customer service is really the reason we are doing so well. It does take time to take the machine apart for cleaning, but overall a great product, once you understand how to use it properly.
