Good heavy duty pasta machine. Easy to use. Heavy enough to sit well when using without shifting.Somewhat easy to clean.

This set comes with rollers and cutters, a drying rack and instructions on how to make the pasta properly. I'll be using everything but the rollers.I have another cutter that is an attachment for my Kitchen-Aid mixer. It's built a little heavier, but the cutter is a weird combined cutter for both wide and narrow noodles, so you adjust whether it's close or far apart, and more or less of the cutting wheels engage. This design didn't work too well when I tried it, but the rollers on that set worked well and the motor of the mixer saved me the work of a lot of cranking. The instructions included with this current manual set say that I should have rolled it even more than I did. For each thickness, rather than rolling once, I should roll, then refold and roll, several times. This makes the convenience of the mixer that much more important. I would find it tedious to crank that many times. But once the dough is rolled, it only has to be cut once, and I like the cutters on this manual set better. There are separate cutters for wide and narrow noodles, so they can be set permanently with just the right amount of overlap. Then there's the drying rack. I didn't have one of those, now I do.And the instructions. These are quite detailed, much better than those that came with my mixer attachment roller/cutter set. This set is not expensive, and I think it can be well worth it, even if you're rolling with a rolling pin or mixer attachment.

It works great for rolling and cutting the pasta. The clamp holds it securely in place and it doesn't feel like its going anywhere. On top of that, the included pasta drying rack works wonderfully. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to get into pasta making.

This Pasta Machine is, quite frankly, a waste of money and a frustrating experience from start to finish. The only positive I can think of is that it technically exists. Beyond that, it's a masterclass in poor design and execution.First and foremost, the "detachable" nature of this machine is less a convenient feature and more a logistical nightmare. Everything arrives in a pile of separate pieces, and the assembly process is anything but intuitive. You'll likely spend more time trying to put it together than you will actually making pasta. I hate buying things with a million pieces cause they usually end up getting lost, or we just plain forget what said pieces went to in the first place. The material quality is cheap. It feels flimsy and fragile, raising serious doubts about its longevity. But even if it did last, the maintenance would be a nightmare. The instructions explicitly state that absolutely NO water should come into contact with the machine, and it's not dishwasher safe. This makes cleaning incredibly difficult, and leads to the second major flaw: the recommended cleaning method is to "clean" it with pasta dough (or a brush, but explicitly says on the first use to CLEAN it with dough)! This is not only a wasteful use of food, but it's also a disgusting and ineffective way to sanitize a kitchen tool.Speaking of clean, the pasta maker has little bits of blue plastic stuck in it where you can't clean, making it not only unsanitary, but a health risk of possibly getting some delicious factory plastic in your food.Beyond these major problems, the machine simply doesn't feel user-friendly. The rollers and cutters are stiff and unwieldy. In short, I absolutely, unequivocally DO NOT recommend this pasta machine. It's poorly designed, made of cheap materials, difficult to assemble, impossible to properly clean, and ultimately, leaves you feeling more frustrated than satisfied. Save your money and invest in a higher-quality, more user-friendly option. This one is destined for the back of the cupboard, gathering dust, or worse, the trash. Steer clear!

The adjustment knob for thickness is wobbly, I have to wiggle it into place. Disappointed in Idaho
