Press and hold the felt with your hand, down, and squeeze.
Gently press the paper backing with your left hand and Carefully tear it off along the edges.
If you don't peel the paper backing successfully at one time, you can change the position according to the above method, repeat several times, and you can succeed.
NOTE:
Since the product has good adhesion, please press the edge and tear it carefully.

I can't live without these pads in my shoes now. I didn't think I would ever enjoy walking again. Now I walk 5-10 miles weekly.Take the insert out of you shoe and tape the cushion in a place you think will help with the pain before you remove the adhesive cover to make it permanent. You may have to adjust it several times.

These pads work surprisingly well and as I stick them to the underside of my feet and not in my shoes I am also very pleased that the adhesive has not irritated my very sensitive skin at all.My 2nd metatarsal on my right foot sits too low so hits the ground before all of the others and as a result I have a callous. These pads have really relieved the pressure and pain I experience. I think its now going to be one of those things I can't do without. 40 in a bag is a nice quantity so that I don't have to keep buying them every week. Glad I found them on here.

Works well if you can get the backing off. Nearly wasted a third of the units trying to remove backing. Would suggest adding a lip to get it started.

really help his feet . He puts them in his shoes instead of on his feet .. Adheres very well occ. hard to get off . Depends on how much you are on your feet as to how long they last.

I love these pads. The make walking with a foot issue easier and comfortable. They have a real good stick (sometimes it can even be difficult to remove the backing). They are soft and stay in place all day.

I bought these 1/4 inch metatarsal pads when I received them. I realize they are not 1/4 inch and the adhesive backing on the pads is impossible to remove without destroying the pad. These are junk. I’d like my money back.

These help so much with foot pain! And they're affordable. (The samples I got at the doctor's office were $6.00 for just one pair.) I'll continue to get them, for sure. I only rated them 4/5 though because they're a pain to put on. Peeling off the back paper is not easy -- definitely not something you can do in a hurry. The first time, I almost gave up and sent them back. I see someone recommended cutting through the back paper down the middle with a knife, so I'll try that next time.

These were really great. They are kind of hard to remove from the backing but I just kind of deal with it. They adhere very, very well to the bottom of my foot and occasionally are annoying to peel off but on the other hand they stay on great and they immediately reduced the nerve pain in my foot. And if you take a shower and then remove them, it's much easier. I purchased these and another brands, the other was slightly more expensive but they were too thick and pushed into the sole of my foot too much; I have thin and kind of bony feet so maybe those would have been suitable for someone with substantial foot padding but, anyway, these are really great for me.
