My right foot is very wide after surgery so I have to purchase shoes one size larger. These were perfect to place in my LEFT shoe to keep my foot from sliding around. The cushion placed at the ball of my foot and at the heel area keeps my left foot in place and allows me to have more variety and style in my footwear. Very soft and they stay in place. Highly recommend!

Has a pair of shoes I loved but were just a little too big. Bought this set and slipped the heel inserts in the back. They are easy to set into place and stay put. Made the shoes stop slipping off my heels!

I ordered these to wear in two pairs of open-toed heels that I had bought. My feet tend to slide forwards quite a bit in shoes like that especially with the heels being on the taller side. I was looking for cushions to put on the ball of the foot area of the shoe when I found these. They were perfect as I had one pair of black heels and another nude. The cushions are really easy to reposition if you place them incorrectly or wish to wear them in another shoe, but they donโt come off after prolonged wear. They definitely made the shoes more comfortable to wear as well as helped with the issue of your toes sliding forwards off the edge. Very happy with my purchase!!

I bought these pads for a new pair of beautiful open toed sandal heels with closed back for a wedding. Not a comfortable shoe, heel rubbed, no ball of foot cushion and didn't have time to break them in. Put the pads in the back heel and cushions in ball of the foot. They were amazing providing the support I needed to enjoy the shoes! They did not show at all, easy to position and provided excellent adhesive. I'm extremely pleased all around with this product, definitely recommend.

These foot and heal cushions make walking and standing much more comfortable. They fit very well in my sandles, they are comfortable and my feet does not hurt after wearing them. The thickness of the pads is perfect. Great support, very durable, a great value.

The heal pads were easy to put in, were comfortable, and worked really well to keep my shoes in place. I couldnโt put in the toe pads but that may have just been because they were closed toe shoes with a strap.
