Easy to use pad, you don’t even know you have it on. Thin enough for any shoe plus you walk all day without pain.

I have been using these pads for several months and they were very helpful for my Morton's neuroma. I was able to re-position the pads if necessary and usually got 3 to 4 days wear from one pad. The last package I purchased has been a problem. It is difficult to remove the pad, and it leaves a sticky residue. I was down to about 3 pads and had received a new order of them. Last night I was unable to remove the pad so slept in it. The picture of my foot is after soaking it for 10 minutes. I have tried everything to get rid of the mess. I will be returning the new, un-opened package.I would like to amend my review. On the right of the 3rd photo you can see that the pads are on a backing allowing them to come off easily. The pad on the left from the batch that has such a sticky residue is not on a backing but must be peeled off individually. Both packages have the same numbers. I think there may be a problem with quality control. I am adding more stars because customer service called me immediately after I e-mailed them, and because the pads in the new package are easier to remove.

I was having toe pain from wearing ill fitting flip flops. The pad had great adhesion and were comfortable. After wearing for a week or so the pain is gone. From someone with frequent foot pain these will be a repeat order.

I have mild metatarsalgia and when I have been exercising a lot (4-6 times a week, running/cycling/weight training) I tried using these a couple of times and ended up putting these away in my drawer for months. I occasionaly had problems after a long run or a football match (the real football). After a football match, I had real problems with my foot. In the following days, I gave these pads another chance and realized that I was placing them wrongly in the past. I tried using these for a long run (45 minutes or longer) then I used it during my football match. In my case, these pads helped me greatly when placed correctly in the sole of my foot with these kind of exercises (single leg usage).I generally use a single pad 6 or 7 times depending on the wear. Using on the socks instead of the sole of my foot was better for me. Overal, I plan to buy again.

This has been LIFE-CHANGING for my ability to walk & travel comfortably with Morton’s neuroma. Bought it on a whim 2 years ago & can’t go without them, unless I’m wearing my bulky sneakers with orthotic insoles 😂 But if I want to look even remotely cute, I *have* to wear these in my espadrilles, flats, or kitten heels (which I never thought I could wear again) - otherwise, I can’t even walk on my foot (& knees) for weeks without pain. Whoever created this: THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

I liked that it protected the edges of my foot and put most of the force of my walking toward the center of my foot. However it needed to be right on my skin and could move around during the day as I walked.

I have been having some balance issues and in talking to my doctor she thought I should try metatarsal pads to see if they would help. I didn’t know one thing about the pads so I just ordered some. I use them directly on the bottom of my foot and I take them off to shower but they are sticky enough to reuse. I have been using them for about a year and I can definitely tell a difference if I don’t use them. This size 1/4” at first I thought was too thick but I quickly got used to them and for me they are great. They last a long time and are priced right.

I've had some fat pad atrophy on my metatarsal area, causing discomfort walking on hard surfaces.I initially tried these by placing them on the shoe insert as instructed by my podiatrist, but i couldn't get the positioning correct and it didn't help. It was just either uncomfortable or didn't do anything. After viewing some youtube videos, I placed it just slightly below the metatarsal area on my foot itself, so the pad takes the impact and protects the ball of the foot. This pretty much eliminated the foot pain. After several days of use, the glue loses some of its stickiness but with some care the sock can bepulled over it. So far it's been OK for about 5 days with the same pad, haven't had to replace it yet. This product has helped more than anything else I've tried. If you're having problems with this pad, check out some of the podiatric youtube videos for details on how/where to place it correctly.

I had been suffering for years with problems on my left foot from bunion as I aged so I had treatments from a podiatrist a few years ago and he created a specific 1/4" thick pad for me to place on the bottom of my left foot and showed me how to cut padding the correct way and place on the bottom of my foot. Since joining Amazon Prime, I found your product and have been using them for quite awhile (I just got my second package) and they fit and work BETTER than the created one from my podiatrist. I am extremely pleased with your product and the way it really makes my left foot feet much better when I work compared to me creating and cutting pads on my own. Also, your products stays put on the bottom of my foot much longer that the pads that I have to cut and place on the bottom of my foot. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has bunion problems that have affected all of my toes (the bunion has pushed my toes over towards my smallest toe and so created pain and discomfort when walking). I was instructed by the podiatrist to never walk barefoot and to constantly wear the pads and your pads are bigger and cover more of the area on the bottom of my foot, hence, I am much more comfortable with your pads than the hand cut pads that I used to use. I even tried using your pads as a pattern to cut new pads from the sheets of pads that my podiatrist gave me, but your pads work better and they stick on much better than the sheets of pads that I was getting before. Your pads are excellent and they last a long time. I will continue buying your pads always. Keep up the good work!
