Some tips for the foot pads
Both type can be used with or without socks. They are suitable for most shoe types. If you choose to wear them without socks, make sure the shoes have leather insides, such as high heels, flats, and wedges. If you prefer to wear them with socks, they can be used with most types of shoes.

I have calluses under my foot which becomes painful from time to time and I have to shave them. The jelly pads provide the springiness and cushion that helps to protect the calluses under my foot. I haven't had pain when using them. The cloth pads are not as thick, and I use them like a normal padded insert. I like that I can wash them. At first, the toe insert seems a bit odd and may constrict, however, I didn't feel them when I wearing them.

Worked above expectations. My husband is standing on concrete floors all day at work and began having pain in his feet with one being worse. I bought these and the first day he just wore one and it seemed to help so he wore both the second day. By the end of the week he can already feel a bit of difference, more than anticipated. They are really good quality and very comfortable, they definitely help in the pain relief while wearing heels for long time. My skin used to feel tensed near mu toes and used to have pain in my heels after wearing high heels but these helps. They are quite thick.It comes with two types of metatarsal pads , the gel type and silk. For me the gel one feels little weird but may that’s my sensory thing but it helps in pain. My foot is wide so silk pads are little out of size for me but doesn’t affect the comfort it gives.

Does work like a charms. I do wear heel and lot. So far this has given me much relief while wearing heels. It's soft on heels and gives comfort on arch. It provide soft and cushion on my foot. Loves it and will be wearing a lot.

I'm so glad I ordered these metatarsal pads they relieve my foot pain tremendously and I can wear them with shoes, even heels. When I wear them with heels, the thickness of the pads make the heels so much more comfortable. They are one size fits all, so they are the perfect size for my foot and they don't move around or slip once I have them on. They can washed when needed and are a great deal because you get two pairs of the gel type and two pairs of the silky ones in each box.

These metatarsal pads have been a great help with foot pain, especially when wearing high heels. The gel pads are soft and provide just the right amount of cushioning, making it easier to stay on my feet longer without discomfort. They’re reusable, easy to clean, and fit nicely in various types of shoes. I wouldn’t say they completely eliminate all foot pain, but they definitely make a noticeable difference.
