This was made & manufactured horribly! Manual is even hard to understand. The slide itself has holes that are to connect the 2 slide pieces together and those holes don't even line up! I had to use my own zip ties! Further, there aren't even pilot holes made into the top of the slide where it'll connect to whatever landing you'd connect it to. Meaning you'll need a particular drill bit and drill. The Manual mentions stake placement - that it doesn't even come with. And it also mentions a support beam being NEEDED for safety and stability - but it doesn't come with it. You have to go to a store yourself and get a 2x4 piece of wood, have it cut to the height you need and angled too. Then YOU will need to install it somehow. This thing is a joke! They need to take it off the market. Regroup. Then come back with a much better product!

Arrived on time. The kids LOVE this slide. It is sturdy enough to hold my husband. It was a little difficult to get it together. It took two people and some clamps to get it pulled together and lined up properly. Would definitely buy again!

I don't know how they quality control these things, as the two pieces are all curved and not lined up at all. Almost like they are made by two different manufacturers. With lots of force and a couple of extra bolts I finally managed to connect them acceptable enough that I'm not going to go through the hassle of returning them. But don't expect things to be completely lined up.Also the "Includes hardware and fully illustrated instructions" statement is not true, there are no instructions or hardware for the slide, only the two plastic pieces. Only the handles came with instructions and hardware (in its own packaging).

great slide once you get it installed. Slide is only wide enough for up to 10 yr old bottoms, so even though it's rated for 250lbs don't expect to slide as an adult. The instructions are not realistic (like, drive a cut 2x4 down 18" into the ground, and the midpoint brace that is also buried but no taper). Prepare for a few hours of digging and swearing, but once it's done, the kids love it.

Our kids absolutely love this slide! We put it on a deck so the kids can slide down rather than take the stairs. It comes in 2 pieces, but the fit is perfect. With bracing under where the pieces are put together, even the adults can slide down.

The plastic is pretty flimsy, but not bad for a plastic slide which is what I ordered. However the 2 pieces (top half and bottom half) need to be bolted together. The plastic was so misshapen that it took a lot of effort to twist the two pieces into shape enough to attach. The plastic is splitting where it is bolted together after only 1 day of use.It says it requires one 2x4 for mounting, but doesn't mention that you have to cut this 2x4 down including angle cuts and bolt it together with screws not provided with the slide. Then you have to drive an 18" 2x4 stake into the ground. Kinda difficult to do in our soil so I had to dig a hole even to plant the stake.
